"Not exactly as pictured and worse than previous versions" 12/12/10
The tab on the left sleeve isn't there and there are thumb holes that aren't seen. These were a surprise and are ridiculously dorky for a man to have on his shirt. I own two of these from prior years and seem to better put together and without thumb holes
