"i can actually take my dad out in public" 01/02/12
My mom and I bought this coat for my dad last year for xmas and he finally got a chance to wear it. We got the all Black and it looks really nice. It takes my dad a while to get it back together, but he's 65, so i guess thats expected. During mild weather he wore just the inside fleece, which is not really a fleecy material, but a little more sturdy and doesn't get that worn look like the other NF fleeces.
"It's pouring and I don't feel a thing" 11/28/11
Got my Triclimate today and loving it. The feel is great and I got a "L" just so I can have room and it is so worth it. I highly recommend getting this jacket since it's a 3 in 1 and you can't beat the price. It's a little steep but so worth it. Can't wait to hit the slop in a few weeks to see how this bad boy holds up.
"Great Product" 11/28/11
I ordered this Triclimate for use in Afghanistan during this winter. So far with the temperature dropping steadily and the frequent rain, both the jacket and the liner have been amazing. It hasn't gotten cold enough yet to require the use of both the liner and the jacket, but individually the provide wonderful protection against the wind and the rain when the temperature has gotten down to around 30. When the temperature drops further and the need to use the liner combined with the shell, I have no doubts that i won't be pleased with the use.
"#1 jacket purchase ever" 11/14/11
I absolutely love this jacket..Completely waterproof lining outer coat, interior jacket can be unzipped and taken out. Creating two lighter jackets one waterproof and one not. The hood can be unzipped and with two snaps taken off. The cuffs on the sleeves are velcro which I appreciate. Chest pocket is convenient and a good size pocket for cellphone. Good fit, I weigh 165 lbs. and I am 5'10" I purchased a large.. Zippers feel strong and not cheap.. Great Design, looks and feels great bring on the rain, snow or sleet.. I am ready!!!
"Hoping it's warm enough when real winter gets here" 10/31/11
First, a couple of nits: (1) Why is there no elastic in the cuff? You have to re-do the velcro every time the jacket goes on or off. (2) Why no zippers, or at least velcro strips, to close the inner pockets? I hate losing stuff! Next, an apprehension: I sure hope this coat is warm enough when winter gets here. I wore it in 24-degree weather last week with a t-shirt and sweatshirt underneath and was plenty warm. But I have my doubts about what it will be like in the low teens, single digits or below. Perhaps I'll be pleasantly surprised! Finally, the thumbs up: It looks great, fits comfortably, appears to be very well made and so far has done an excellent job of shedding the October rain.

"Jacket is Great with a minor drawback" 10/27/11
The weather outside right now is about 40 and rainy and this jacket works like a dream. I even got splashed by a car passing by as if it was straight out of the movies, and I was drier than an english comedy!!! The only drawback to this jacket is the draw string at the waist isn't as "powerful" as I would;ve liked it to be. All in all great qualtities: warm and waterproof.
"Perfect jacket and beautiful" 09/17/11
Warm, windproof and good looking....what more do you want? This jacket is made to be layered underneath (hey it's for the cold weather, you shouldn't just wear a t-shirt for those of you that complainit isn't warm enough). It stops the wind, water and snow. Plus it looks great.
"Only jacket you'll ever need!" 05/03/11
This jacket does every you'll need. I only wish it was the first jacket I bought. Could've saved cash on the inferior jackets that didn't perform. The only thing I added was the insulated liner for extreme cold and it was amazing...almost too good!Joe H
