"Android hoodie does the trick" 02/19/13

The NF Android hoodie is sized to fit and keeps you dry. the water repellant outer layer works to keep water beaded and not soak into the jacket. The color combinations that North Face offers is awesome. And I love the jake blue and asphalt grey combination. North Face now has similar color combinations in other jackets including the super diez, thunder and santiago. NF also makes vests for Super diez and santiago. you will not be disappointed!!

"Wonderful jacket" 02/07/13

Bought this a week ago. Very stylish - very slim fitting. Wonderful for running in cold weather - the arm pocket perfectly stores an iPhone / iPod.You can probably use this for skiing in non-freezing temps. Nice and light, really high quality, perfect for any outdoor activity where you don't get too dirty.

"Decent soft shell for the price" 10/02/12

I am fairly small 5'7" 130 pounds. Got a small and fits me perfectly. I could easily wear another layer underneath. I've worn it from 40 degrees up to 60 ish, though it would be wise to layer up on the lower end of the range. Completely blocks the wind and fairs well in rain. Its pretty breathable but may sweat if you run in say 60 degrees. Overall pretty good, i just wish it came with an additional napolean chest pocket.

Great for rain, wind, and cold. Runs slightly large but it's perfect for putting a patagonia down sweater underneath in real cold weather.

"Fantasticly wonderful" 12/05/11

Bought this jacket for my boyfriend for his birthday and he is in love with it. More in love with the jacket than me, which is fine because that means I have excellent taste. He says he can wear it pretty much all year round, uses layers if it's truly cold outside. Looks awesome in it too.

"Awesome Jacket!" 12/05/11

I looked at a ton of jackets, but decided on this one after my brother bought the same jacket for our trip to Mt. Kilimanjaro. Did great in the wet and wind! Really comfortable and light, but still warm.

"The perfect jacket for crappy Michigan weather" 11/07/11

This jacket seemed to be designed for Michigan's cold, rainy, windy weather conditions. The North Face's Apex fabric works perfectly as it helps you chase kids around the park or shimmy up a slimy offwidth. I have been looking for a hoodie in this fabric and I am glad I have it now. I know it isn't waterproof, but i haven't found a level of rain it couldn't handle yet. The size is slim fit for use as a mid layer. The interior water bottle pockets fit my platypuses perfectly. All in all I am happy to welcome a new jacket to my closet and happy to retire a couple old friends that jacket will replace. Donation bin here I come.

"Stylish and practical" 06/24/11

When I bought this hoodie I thought it's only windproof. Actually it's wateproof else - it keeps me dry in medium rain (I didn't test it in heavy rain) and I use it in my travels with pleasure.Also it's necessary to know that this hoodie is very warm so u can easily wear it in cold weather. About weight - though that people consider its lightweight I think that weight normal enough. A jacket material very soft and pleasant to the touch. It looks very stylishly and the size, as always from TNF felt to true but in this case it fits some tightly a figure. I use it very often (besides warm days) and really happy with this product from The North Face.
