"Great Product, Poor Sizing..." 03/29/12

I've only ever purchased NorthFace's Denali jackets for my kids, which have always been awesome. I ordered the large gloves for my daughter, who can comfortable wear the large NorthFace Denali jacket. She could barely get her hand in the gloves. They don't offer a larger than size large. I'm bummed she can't wear them with her matching Denali jacket.

"This NorthFace Product Runs Small!!!" 03/29/12

I've purchased multiple NorthFace jackets for my kids, and have been very pleased. I was majorily disappointed with the gloves ONLY because of the sizing. The gloves were made well, but my petite daughter, who wears their children's large jacket, could barely fit her hand in the size large gloves. I was really bummed that I didn't have a store nearby to return the product, and I was annoyed that I would have to pay $8.00 to ship the $12.00 gloves back. Then Merlin in customer service came through, and said he'd given me a "No Charge" return label (I still have to pop them in the FedEx box, but I trust that my refund will not include an $8.00 shipping deduction...).
