"Awesome pack, no two ways about it!"  03/11/11

I spent quite a few months looking into a new pack. I came across this and just fell in love with it. First off the north face time and time again puts out great products and this is a testament to that. The reinfoced areas are perfect, the construction is soild and what can I say the color is sexy. This pack, can hold a lot of gear, but the great thing is it compresses down very nicely for a day trip without having loose fabric hanging. The fitting system is top notch, even with a full pack it feels like nothing is there. When it comes down to it this pack is soild and if you have been looking at it, get it you will love it.

"Heavier than most packs, but comfortable/durable"  02/17/11

Used this on a few trips in the winter and summer, and even used it to travel. Plenty of access via heavy duty zippers, comfortable padding, and it definitely feels like it'll last for quite a while. The only nice to haves would have been some velcro to mount an ice axe and some zippered compartments on the belt, but thats very minor in the big picture.

"Awesome Pack! but not perfect!"  12/14/10

Like the other reviews say, this pack is extremely comfortable! Its heavier than most packs, but its much more durable, and they make up for the extra weight in comfort. The only complaints i have is that there are are not many storage compartments. A waist band storage compartment would be nice, and a better water bottle holder would be nice as well, because its barely reachable when you have the pack on. Its a nice pack but its lacking a lot of the compartments you get with the more expensive North Face packs.

"You better buy it!"  11/15/10

This pack was great. I use it to travel commercially and backpacking. I recently used it to go up to Pikes Peak in CO, and it was by far the most comfortable pack I have used. There is plenty of room for all your gear and then some! The entire time, it felt like I had nothing on my back. I was hesitant at first, but after numerous times of using it, definitely worth it. The only downside is the cost, but it is worth it.

"Love the pack!"  03/15/10

This pack will be perfect for our backpacking trip to Europe. It has lockable zippers, weather protection, side zipper access, adjustable torso, and is very comfy. The colors are very nice and the quality is obviously there.
