"Keeps my head warm even on the coldest days" 01/03/13

Beanie fits perfect (I wear a size 7 fitted) and is super warm. I find myself wearing it all the time whether its a 0 degree morning or I'm out in the mountain hiking, skiing, camping. I haven't had this beanie fail me yet. This morning it was -15 degrees out and my head stayed toasty but it also breathes very well and never gets too hot. I love this PolarTech Power Stretch fabric so much I actually went out and bought the pullover (FLUX POWER STRETCH 1/4 ZIP) and pants (FLUX POWER STRETCH PANTS) from tnf. If you like the beanie I'd look at getting the 1/4 zip, I wear it everyday.

I work outside all winter long and this did the trick for all but the nastiest weather Philly could thow at me. A great beanie fits under my hard hat too !!

"Good looking, strong, warm" 12/23/11

This hat is great to wear throughout fall. I usually wear this hat and a hood over top during the winter months. I get complimented on this hat rather often. Everyone recognizes the north face logo.

"Wear it Everyday" 12/17/11

I wear this everyday in the fall and winter and early spring. I shave my head and need the warmth. I like the stretchy material, however the fleece lining can sometimes leave fuzzies on my head stubble.

"Best choice for comfort and fit" 10/05/11

I was looking for a cap that I could wear when I'm out sailing... something that wouldn't blow right off my head in strong wind while at the same time being comfortable... went out on the boat yesterday and it performed perfectly. Not so tight you get a headache and the fleece lining is really warm. It covers your ears completely and it doesn't roll up at the neck. Great cap.

"My boyfriend will not take this off!" 10/02/11

I bought this hat for my boyfriend yesterday and he absolutely loves it! He refuses to take it off his head. He wore it all last night and all today. The hat covers your ears (he complains if his ears are not covered! and he rubs it constantly saying how soft and warm it is. He loves it, so girls, buy this hat for your man! Highly recommended!

"warmth to weight ratio = excellent" 09/23/10

I love this hat. I received it as a gift for Christmas and have no complaints about it. Easy to throw in the pack and it adds virtually no weight. Very warm. It has a snug fit but I kinda have a big head so its my fault.

"LOVE this hat!! Comfortable, warm, wind-resistant, and easy to throw in a pocket." 09/13/10

I hate cold ears. Despise them. This is my go-to hat...in fact, I don't travel without it at all. It is very easy to pack, fits the head perfectly and stays in place, and is very warm for the weight. If you're looking to own one solid stocking cap or add a great one to the collection, this is it. I have had this hat for three years and it is great.
