The Tentsile Stingray 3 Person Tent is a tree tent for sleeping above the ground. Elevate off the ground and you're treated with one part hammock and one part tent thanks to Tentsile. While the tent itself isn't very aquatic but much resembles the flat bodies of its name-sake. You can certainly survive the rains however thanks to a removable fly sheet. Climb in through the center hatch hole and hang out with your best buds between three trees, play a game of cards, group nap, or grab some beverages and just chill. The mesh body of the tent allows cool breezes to flow freely, while keeping buzzing bugs to the minimum. If you're not feeling like entering through the center hatch, never fear, there is a large D-shaped front door for additional access.

What's the difference between this and the stingray 2.0?
Asked by: Superscout
Hiya, thanks for the question! The Stingray 2.0 has been a soft launch so the official updates are in the works. The new design changes include:
Front pole sockets on the outside.
Two rear pole sockets with zipper for access.
Crossed luggage straps in the corners.
Looser central hatch mesh for easy storage access.
Forged steel D-Ring
Grey periphery edging.
In addition, the size has been reduced to 13.5' on each side. Hope this helps!
