Rated 5 out of 5 by from Doooooo It My last pair of ballet shoes was a set of La Sportiva Miura VS Vibram XS Edge's. They were a 43 1/2 but compressed my toes to an uncomfortable level (read: I'm a 44 in La Sportivas). ,,I wear a size 10 in Nikes, so when I read some reviews on the Tenayas talking about bumping down 2 - 2 1/2 sizes, I originally ordered a size 8. Nowhere near close. ,,,,After placing three orders, I went with a 9.5 in the Tenayas. Great success! These shoes look awesome, and the comfort level is way beyond the La Sportivas, fitting more like a glove and not a plastic box. The rubber is softer than most shoes, which makes slipping less occurrent, but allows them to flex a little more.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ultimate Comfort, Great Performance From the second you put this shoe on you notice how comfortable it is out of the box. The Oasi fits in exactly the same size as the la sportiva solution, and remains true to size without hardly any stretch. The best part? NO PAIN! The combination of a more flexible midsole with the comfortability of the sock like lycra tongue gives you the sensitivity and performance I was looking for without my toes going numb in mere minutes. The shoe started out perfect for steeper terrain, but as it broke in and the edge got a little less precise, it's become my go-to shoe for slabbier, vertical climbing. I feel like i can stand on a dime edge with these bad boys. For a more aggressive shoe, also check out the Iati (same size again as LS Solutions) a stiffer midsole and toe box, but again - no pain.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Like Solutions, but better and also not So I have been looking at these for awhile. I always bitch about La Sportiva Solutions, yet still buy five or so pairs a year. My only complaint with those is the heel. Its worthless. Enter the Oasi. Its a SOlution with a better heel; a heel almost identical to the Five Ten Dragon. So I was pretty damn pysched, it was like the best of both worlds. Finally the perfect climbing shoe. But, the toe rubber on the Oasi is like some weird foam rubber. Its not vibram, I'm pretty certain of that. Its not bad at toes hooking, its just not great. Certainly doesnt perform like the Solution. ,,They fit identical to the Solution so if you're familiar with those then you'll not need to try on a ton of shoes to find the fit. I wear a 10us and wear a 7us. I do like the shoes snug though,,

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Passed the test in Bishop! I bought these before a climbing trip to Bishop this Christmas. They fit like a glove and hardly needed a break-in. I usually wear two sizes smaller in climbing shoes than street shoes and these were no different. The toes were solid on pockets at the Dreamers and the heel stuck on hooks during long days at the Happies and Buttermilks. The stiffness in the toe box was great for small edges but there's enough flex in the midsole if I need it. Definitely worth the price to me!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from incredible shoe The Oasi has replaced everything else as my go-to shoe for anything past vertical. I've never worn a shoe that is so high performance AND so comfortable. Lots of companies seem to be marketing that way, but the Oasi actually accomplishes it. You can adjust the length of the strap, which comes in really handy for my low volume foot. They're super sensitive and precise, and the heel fits perfectly without digging in.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good shoe! Bought this show because the toe of my solutions blew out and I'm getting them resoled. I really like this shoe, good toe, and heel fits well for heel hooks. The rubber is a little softer than I like but overall I'm extremely happy with this shoe. It's very comparable to the solutions but cheaper. Though the straps on this shoe are very odd and I don't foresee them holding up for very long.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Tesla Model S P85D of shoes Tip top overall performance with the comfort you expect. Much more comfortable than La Sportiva Katana Lace ups but equal or more aggressive. Smearing was noticeably better than the Katana Lace Ups as well. Solid/Excellent heel hooking. I wear a 9.5 street shoe and got a 8.5 of this. Moosejaw was great dealing with the returns until I found the right size. 10/10 shoe!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Aggressive bouldering shoe....and my slab shoe. That's right. These are excellent steep rock shoes that heel hook and toe-in well. I climb at the Red River Gorge and these are the only shoes I'll wear there. The heels are money and the aggressive toe is perfect for pulling in on the steepness. They also kick some serious butt on the slab and vertical stuff. It's weird but trust me!
