"Can't beat a classic" 02/20/13
I have purchased this classic model over and over again (I have a tendency to lose them). I've tried a few others, but always come back to this one - the scissors work smoothly, the tweezers are handy, screwdriver tip has saved me more than once, knife is sharp enough to open a box or cut your finger... what's not to love?
"Good for emergencies" 11/09/11
This knife I have mainly had as a spare backup. Its really kind of hard to acutaly use it for something and you might want to get a bigger knife as well. However, I think it is great to have it as a back up. Because it is so small, you will not mind bringing it along in an emergency bag or so. It takes up no space at all and weighs peanuts. But again, its not really a knife I enjoy using; only when I have no other option will I gladly resort to it.
"Great little knife for your pocket" 05/16/11
I find that Swiss Army Knives are one of does products that you didn't know you needed until you get one. Now the Classic is tiny but it's quite useful despite this. The knife and scissors are perfect for cutting threads and you could even saw through very thin rope if you really wanted (and had the patience for). Highly recommended, especially if paired with one of the bigger models.
"Great for an "Always with Me" Knife" 04/20/11
Bare essentials, super light weight. Blade comes sharp (enough) for regular use. Thoughtful design on a very practical tool. If you want an outdoor tool though, go for the "Hiker's" option or one of the larger ones. It's a Swiss Army, expect good quality.
