"Superb Basic Function Heart Rate Monitor" 10/01/11
This is a great heart rate monitor if you are looking for one with basic functions. It has a very comfortable chest strap. The watch is cute to wear everyday and displays your heart rate in huge numbers during a work out. The watch will suggest a work out weekly work out schedule with target heart rates. As you complete a workout the arrows will fill half the circumference of the display. This is a great, quick indicator of how much of your workout you have completed. I really love my Suunto M4!
"KEEPS ME MOTIVATED!" 07/31/11
I love love LOVE this heart rate monitor watch. I've never bought or used a product like this, but I am an avid exerciser. Every day this watch tells me whether that day is an exercise day or a rest day. It also tell me how long and at what intensity I am to work out. During my workout it keeps me on track by visually telling me to either get my heart rate up or bring it down a bit. So far I have only completed three workouts with the hrm, but I've found that my work outs go much quicker because I am busy focusing on target!
"Love love love my M4" 10/11/10
I finally bought the M4 to have a heart rate monitor that didn't track distance (I have the Garmin forerunner). I held off for a long time---such a silly move.I love that the M4 has your heart rate in big numbers-it's easy to take a quick glance while working out. The chest strap is definitely more friendly to woman's frame than the GarminThe tracking with Moves Count stick is a great way to see all of your workouts add up. A fabulous way to justify a cupcake or two.The training program seems very cool, but I haven't followed it too carefully to give it a complete review. Also the monitor can function as an actual watch which is cool too. Overall a really fun useful tool :-)
