The Superfeet Black Insoles are a low profile insole for a wide range of footwear. The thin insole is low-volume, a great addition to a tighter fitting shoe that can provide the support you need. Just slip 'em into your shoe, trim to size if needed, then revel in the stabilizing heel cup that flows into a biomechanical shape. It's all super technical but pretty much your feet will probably love you for it. For all the animal lovers out there, they're vegan, so that's pretty neat.

Good Insoles, But Not For EveryoneI bought these for my bicycling shoes. The insoles made my feet feel squeeze tighter in the shoes because they rubbed up a bit on top of my shoes more than I would like. My hope is that they will compress a bit. However, other cyclists would like a tighter fit for more efficient pedaling. ,,The problem with rating insoles in that everyones' feet and preferences are different. I like having a bit more movement than most in my feet, so my advice is to go to a Moosejaw store and bring the shoes with you to try on.
