The Sorel Women's Sorel 88 Boot is inspired by arctic exploration boots and was originally designed in 1988 for Canadian athletes participating in the Winter Olympics in Calgary. A hit back then, and certainly still today, the 88 Boot is both water and wind resistant with it's PU-coated synthetic nylon textile exterior. Sorel uses a cushy midsole with strong lugs and nubs to help keep grip on slick surfaces. The interior of this women's boot boasts a 2 mm felt lining to keep feet warm, and the adjustable drawstring cuff means you can style the 88 boot scrunched down or up to your knees. Sorel provides a boot made for a professional athlete, which means that not only will you have style, but you will instantly become an amazing snowboarder. However, if you actually believe that and break a leg trying to go down the expert hill, that's your own fault.
