Bought these for my almost 11 year old son - who hates to wear boots by the way - and he loves them. They are very easy to get on and off and even though they look a bit clunky they are super light - he has no problem running around in them. They keep his feet super dry - the first major snowfall this year he was outside for 5 hours and the only thing that was dry when he came back in were his socks. Highly recommend the boots - Sorel is a great brand - long lasting, well worth the money.
I've been wearing this boot for over 20 years. My 10 year old son loves them. I just purchased his 4th pair of these boots. They are great for cold weather, snow shoeing, and to wear to the ski slopes. They are easy to slip on and off. He likes the toggle tie. It makes it easier to put them on when he goes out for recess.
My daughter just loved these boots. They not only look fantastic but are warm enough for the Michigan winters! Love not having to tie them. The inset is washable so no worries for letting the kids be kids! Let it snow, right??!!
Every winter we struggle to find a quality boot that keeps my boy's feet warm and dry. One day last fall 08 I came accross the Moosejaw website and couldn't beleive the pricing on the boots, so I ordered two pair for my two son's. These boots simply are the best we have found over the past 8 years! and I will buy a pair for my daughter this coming winter. My boy's feet have been warm and dry all winter even in our harsh South Dakota climate. Quality, price, and comfort these boots have it all. I'll be a repeat moosejaw customer. Great boot! Easy cinch laces keep snow out but loosen easily by little hands. Warm and waterproof for hours of play in the coldest MI temps. Perfect all-around boot. Would buy again.
Perfect for any child with at least two x-chromosomes..they are quite pink...very warm easy to put on and stays on great. A bit hard to walk in in the beginning, they are sturdy, make sure your child practices the ski-boot waddle before trying on, compared to that walking in these will seem a breeze.
