"Great cup" 05/16/13
So I bought this cup when I started keeping track of ounces in backpacking and I have to say it's awesome. Lightweight, sturdy and in a variety of colors to keep track of his and hers. In fact, I'm going to order another one since my girlfriend keeps stealing mine! Highly recommend it.
"Was amazed on how lite and durable this was!" 04/06/13
So I think like most, when I was paying $40.00 for a cup I was a bit worried... but then when I received my package from Moosejaw and opened this bad boy up. All of those worries were thrown out the window! This mug is amazing! I have used it many times now and it still looks and acts like it is right out of box. You can just use it to drink your hot tea or coffee from... or actually just set it on top of your stove and boil water for food or drink. How much better does it get for such a great looking mug? The handles do not get too hot but the mug gets very hot... I just bought the Hot Lips by Snow Peak and that solved the issue.
"If you are a gram counting speed freak, you need this." 03/25/13
the cup is smaller than i imagined but it is deceiving, it holds a full beer plus a little extra room. The real downside for me is that the single wall gets so dang hot with coffee in it. the additional hotlips are a must. If you are someone that has everything when it comes to backpacking, this cup is for you. If not, just get a cheapo enamel one.
"drink in style!" 12/18/12
a great cup! super light and super beautiful! after lots of use it still looks rad. pretty good for hot beverages. the cup gets hot, but i guess it's good for warming your hands. even more perfect for other beverages, like adult beverages. :)
"Great cup but consider the 600" 11/02/12
I've had this cup for 3 or 4 years now it is great, use it on my stove all the time. I don't take pots and pans on most trips if I'm doing dehydrated stuff just this cup. If you're going to use it for heating water for food i would highly recommend the 600 their bigger cup. The 450 doesn't hold enough water for most 2 serving meals. There isn't much difference in price and they both weigh nearly nothing. If you're buying a titanium cup the difference in price isn't going to bankrupt you. Get one you can use for everything.
"This is a very cool cup." 10/13/12
Very cool cup and extremely durable. Widemouth makes for easy cleaning And the folding handles make for easy storing. I definitely do not regret the purchase, but you may want to consider purchasing the insulated cup. It is difficult to hold when full of hot liquid with the handles.
"Watch your lips with hot drinks" 02/25/12
My daughter gave me this for a gift so I carry it on every trip. It packs well into a snow peak pot/mug and MSR Pocketrocket fits inside, so it is a fairly compact system. With hot drinks, watch your lips. A simple plastic Boy Scout cup is lighter and doesn't burn your lips, but a gift from my daughter goes in the pack for an ounce difference. 61 grams 2.2 ounces
"Could be bigger, could be cooler" 11/24/11
I switched from this one to the double-walled one that costs $15 more as drinking it hot the single-walled mug was burning my lips. Since then the Hot Lips Snow Peak product selling for about $6 has come out. If you use the Hot Lips with this mug that is not a problem.Being single walled this does have one advantage over the double-walled one I now have - this one you can heat on a flame (if you're careful).I forgot to say I switched to the 600ml double walled cup. It holds much more tea than this one. (this one is 450ml not quite enough for this dedicated tea addict).

"Cool but doesnt deliver anything extra" 11/09/11
I got this cup as a present from a friend who has the double wall cup from snow peak. I guess its kind of cool with the titanium and all, but I wouldnt really say I need it. A steel cup will not break either and isnt that much heavier. For what it is its just too pricey and I would not buy it myself; instead, go for the double wall cup which is brilliant and keeps your drink cold or warm much longer than this one. Still, its does its job and gives you a slightly cooler image than those poor steel cupped buddies.
"Love it." 08/29/11
This cup weights nothing and packs down into the Snow Peak Trek 700 (which also holds my Snow Peak LiteMax stove). This is a solid, ultralight solution that also comes in cool colors! The single wall cup can get very hot so exercise caution!
