The Titanium Cook Set by Snow Peak. The Trek 700 is a unique and innovative design. Simple from the outside, this cookset is designed to fit a stove, 2 fuel canisters and a spork. At Snow Peak, we believe that it's not enough to just be small and lightweight. The Trek 700 wastes no space. Many other functions such as the pouring spout and locking lid sets this cookset apart from any other.

Wonderful cookset for 1-2 people-lightweight, compact, only one you'll need.I use this cookset for bicycle camping. My esbit stove and fuel OR my alcohol stove, along with matches, half a sponge, and a little bottle of dish soap fit inside. Hard to believe my entire kitchen is in that little mesh bag. Wipe the pot bottom with soap before using and it cleans up easily. Keep the handles out while you're cooking and they don't get hot. No hot pad needed-saving space. I boil water in the big pot, pour some into the smaller pot to use as a coffee cup, then add oatmeal & raisins (or mac & cheese) to the remaining hot water and put the lid on it. It will be ready to eat as soon as you get your tent up (or down).

Titanium Light and Snow peak qualityIve used this set for the past 5 years on all my outings and it has become discolored but im told thats normal for titanium. doesnt really bother me. the handles are a little sloppy but i am not concerned with this at all. I know this is durable and will not fail out in the field for many more years. I can fit my stove inside too. If you are looking at this set, consider a pot too.

Bigger than you think, lightweight, durable!I've had this cook set for over five years and have used it very regularly. (I work in the National Parks so I'm on trail all the time.) It's a great set. So far it's held up perfectly. I rarely use the smaller pot and sometimes leave it at home. The larger pot is larger than you'd think, and you can get a good big soupy meal in there. The handles are nice and don't get hot if you're cooking over a stove. It's another story over a fire, but use a shirt to grab on and it's fine. They do get discolored, as another reviewer mentioned. For me, the inside is a little tarnished bc of food sticks and the outside bc of wood fires. I went with titanium because it's so light and durable, but more so because it's SAFE. No BPA, no coating, no leaching of chemicals. It also doesn't react with food while cooking. Nice to know that I'll still be hiking when I'm 80 and not in a hospital bed because my cook set was toxic....Happy Trails!

Lightweight CooksetI also own the snowpeak mugs which basically go everywhere with me, so decided to try this pans. Very lightweight and I like how the fry pan becomes a lid for the set to make it very compact. I use this with a JetBoil stove with pan attachment. Definitely have to be careful of heat when cooking but they are worth the money.

Great Lightweight CooksetCamp cookware reviews are relative, because everyone cooks differently when camping. This cookware set was stellar on a two week camping trip for one person who isn't an "eggs benedict" type of camper. ,,,,This set heats quickly which saves time and cooking resources. It's also incredibly easy to clean. Handle design strikes a good balance between functionality and portability, but it's not perfect, don't expect Calpalon!,,,,Cooking on titanium takes some getting used to if you haven't done it. Things get much hotter than you'll expect more quickly so, depending on what you're cooking, you've really got to keep things moving around so it doesn't stick and burn. This just takes practice. ,,,,Do you need titanium if you're not backpacking? Maybe not, but the time you'll save on clean up alone is worth the cost. I was able to clean my cookware much faster than my cohorts and who wants to spend one more minute than necessary cleaning cookware when enjoying life in the great outdoors?

This is a nice little pan set.I tried it and it works great. There was color change but not extreme. The net bag took much longer to dry than the titanium pans.
