"COZY socks!!!" 12/27/11
These are my first pair of smartwool's after several recommendations from other people who wear them. They are worth spending the money on because they are so comfortable, warm, and cute! They hug my feet all day long and don't get stretched out over multiple washes. The wool on these socks are high quality and will last for a long time it seems. I will be purchasing more... I already bought some for the husband and mother. :)

The quality of wool on these smartwool's is awesome. The fit stays true throughout the day... they don't become baggy and loose. Also, they hold up across washings (so far). The color hasn't faded one bit. They are sooo warm and cozy. They fit well in my shoes and boots... they aren't too bulky. Overall great sock... I would recommend to anyone.

I just moved to the Southern Mountains & started hiking trails this year (16 so far). I bought 2 pr. of these Smartwool Light Crews hoping they would be comfortable enough for my tender feet. I can get blisters from bedroom slippers! These socks are wonderful...cushion-y, warm enough for winter but not too warm for summer & the toe seam is so flat that it doesn't wear a blister, even on a 5 mile hike! Hey, 5 miles is a big deal for a nubie like me!! They are well worth their price to get so much comfort. Great product!!

These are my go to socks for everything! They provide warmth, wicking ability, comforting cushioning, and un-irritable seams. I use these all year round for all my needs. The best socks I've come in contact with.

I am a convert. A convert to wool hiking socks, that is -- never before this pair have I tried them, and I have to say that I wish I would've years ago. They don't bunch, scrunch, fall down, stink, or otherwise cause me unpleasantness in any way. I was worreid about washing them, but they wash and dry well. I've put them in the dryer and also dried them on top of the dryer, and both ways yielded equal results. I have a feeling that although I'd like a few more pair, these are going to last forever! If you haven't tried these, you owe it to your feet to do so!

I grew up wearing SmartWools through the Michigan winters and once I started backpacking decided to try out the SmartWool hiking sock. They're the perfect hiking sock- rarely get blisters, keep me warm in cold weather and don't make me too hot in hotter conditions, they dry quick and don't get too smelly too quick. I wear them several days in a row on a backpacking trip with no problem.

These are fantastic. I have them in a heathered purple color that is festive without being too garish. Mostly I wear them tromping around campus in my hiking boots or while waiting tables in my danskos. They are great all around and were my gateway sock for my smartwool obsession.

I wear this suckers out on the trail, bring them home and wash them, then put them right back on to wander about the house. Super comfortable, warm, moisture wicking, and they retain their shape even after a million uses.
