The full sole walks like a normal slipper and a cordlock at the ankle snugs 'em around the foot.

"Toasty Warm!!!" 01/20/08

I bought these for my other niece in upstate NY. She is handicapped and has really bad circulation. She is always like ice. She wears them from the minute she gets home till she goes to bed. Her feet and legs are much warmer!! Jeanne Mona

"The Booties are Excellent!!" 01/20/08

I bought these for my niece is upstate NY. She loves them and hasn't taken them off since she got them. It's been freezing up there, but her feet are toasty!! Thank you MooseJaw!! Jeanne Mona
