"Great concept, if extra ozs. are not a problem. Would much prefer to change out batteries myself." 08/17/10
I somewhat hesitantly ordered this product as I was a bit skeptical about the lights. When I received the product one of the lights had been inadvertently turned on at some point in the shipping process, as the light was really dim - battery change needed out of the box. The design of this product does not allow you to change out the batteries. So at some point, you will have to send the product in for a battery changeout. I think the Night Glow is a good concept, but the battery changeout issue is too much of a hassle for me, particularly right out of the box. So I'm going low tech and am exchanging the Night Glow Attic for a Portable Attic.
