After my son was born, I needed a tent for car camping. Much like my SD Tengu 3 backpacking rig, the poles are light, durable & easy to setup. It took 15 mins to pitch the first time w/out instructions (I'm a man and don't need an engineer's "opinion").It has ample gear pockets for sundries. As someone used to camping in smaller confines, it was sweet to stand upright in the tent (I'm 5'11"). There was rain, but we stayed dry. Lots of ventilation. Can't wait to take off the fly & star gaze on a clear night!If you want a technical tent suited for car camping (up to hike-in sites of <5k) this is for you! If you want a date to the Sadie Hawkins dance, sorry friend...keep looking.
