Get thisBought this bag at first site at the store in aa, used it daily for my bike commute in NYC. Very well constructed and even withstood a couple hard crashes quite well - the fabric in the front got somewhat ripped and scoffed up but it hasn't made it any less waterproof. Best features are the fastening straps with metal hooks - extremely functional and you can really stretch them to their limits. Only thing I would change is the size - it all to often gets cramped with stuff so could be a bit wider and deeper. ,,One last thing - surprisingly gets lots of random compliments from strangers.

An Absolutely Great BagIn 25+ years of work, this has been by far my favorite bag. After a few years, the only thing to give way is the rubber on the handle. I love that it keeps everything well protected in the rain, something most briefcases and even a lot of messenger bags, fail to do. I have the small size. It fits my 13" laptop in the stash pocket. It is fairly unpadded, not that it has affected me, but I am sure most would want to get a sleeve for added protection. The organizer panel holds a lot. Finally, the outside zipper pocket is great for my power brick, and assorted cables. There are two internal elastic pockets. I would not count on them for a water bottle holder, but the length of the small-sized bag is not wide enough to accommodate a large water bottle and 11" files. I use one of the pockets for a portable scanner, so I can fit everything documents and, when traveling, a layer in its main compartment. The company sells an external water bottle holder if you want one.
