"Dry like the Atacama" 11/29/11

If you're like me you do obsessive research about every piece of gear you buy. It's a good policy, especially when the gear is important to the safety of you and your stuff. You can't beat SealLine for Quality. At first the purge valve seems useless ("why would they put a hole in a waterproof bag?") but it's waterproof and allows you to compress the bag even further after you've closed it.As for sizing, I purchased the 10L and it's big enough to hold a change of clothes, or a few pieces of gear, without being huge. Get it!

"Favorite dry-bag to date." 11/14/11

This dry-bag is very durable, easy to pack up, and so convenient with its window and purge valve. I use it whenever I am around water in order to keep my things dry, use it in the woods as my bear-bag, and simply roll it up and stuff it wherever it fits (it rolls up fairly small) in my pack. I have the 25L version of this bag and it works well but I would prefer to either have a slightly larger one or a couple smaller ones (or maybe both?). Anyways its a good purchase and my girl says she likes watching my muscles while I string up the bear bag. If none of the other reasons sold you on this, I am sure the last one did.

"Love them!" 10/02/11

I have two 20L kodiak window bags. have used them for 30 days of kayaking trip, and they were perfect. Incredibly durable, and easy to slide clothes in without the traditional rubber dry bags. The air purge is great because it allows me to get extra space in my boat, and the window is nice so you don't have to look through all of your bags for one item. Bottom Line- If you are into water sports this is the bag for you.

"Essential gear for airline travel" 06/17/09

I purchased 4 of these bags for general storage when traveling. I needed an additional layer of protection if the main pack fails. I keep these in a hard case and another in my Alice pack. Most of the time I use these to compress clothing to about a 3rd it's physical size. -great for compressing 6 months of clothing into a carry on and or checked baggage. The packs are water resistant. Not water proof. You can swim with them, but diving beyond a few feet would be pushing it.

"The BEST if you do any water sport" 04/19/09

I've used these at the boundry waters in northern minnesota and they are AWESOME. Its easy to see what you packed in it. Keeps your stuff totally dry and they compress down easily. ALL outdoorsmen should own at least one.
