The Sea to Summit eVAC Dry Sack. Here is a slimmed down version of our award winning eVent Compression Dry Sack. We use waterproof, air permeable eVent fabric on the base for valve-free air expulsion, allowing compact packing. Instead of straps for compression, just roll the sack down and air is pushed out of the base. Then close the buckle and you've just saved space and weight. These sacks are oval-shaped, rather than round so they resist rolling when laid on their side.

FEATURES of the Sea to Summit eVAC Dry Sack

  • Air permeable, waterproof eVent fabric base
  • Valve-free air expelling design for compact packing
  • 70D fabric for strength
  • Oval base resists rolling, packs more efficiently
  • Waterproof non-wicking Hypalon roll top closure
  • 10,000mm waterhead, lightweight durable nylon
  • All seams are double stitched and tape sealed
  • White interior for better visibility of contents
  • Use: Storage of compressible contents, such as clothes and sleeping bags

Rated 5 out of 5 by from These are the best! Super light and easy to compress/pack! I use these to pack my clothes in my backpack. When you're wanting to minimize ounces and still have total peace of mind for waterproofness and durability, these are the best. The eVent system is great. My clothes compress easily and the sack STAYS compressed, which greatly helps economic use of space in the pack. Even though I also use a pack rain-cover, these seal the deal for knowing what I want dry will stay that way. There is nothing about these I don't like. Oh, the I found eliptical shape(looking from the top or bottom) to be a plus, too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth it! I love these bags. They feel more durable than the other dry sacks and have never failed me after tremendous use. I have 2 13L bags which are plenty for 3 season backpacking/mountaineering use. The eVent does breath a lot better that the Silnylon bags, but it isn't a huge difference. I can honestly say I would never again throw moisture sensitive gear in my pack without one of these bags, even with a pack cover. I use both & it gives me the reassurance I love when it pours. Spend the money for some piece of mind!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This bag rocks! Stuff it half or 3/4 full, roll the top a couple of times, push the air out and then you can form it to fit in any space you want it to inside you pack. You can't get a better dry bag than this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from keep clothes dry Amazing pack you have to take. Tipped over in a canoe, but had my clothes in this pack. I had warm clothes to change into at night. Kept everything completely dry.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product. Stays dry. Slightly small. I was pleasantly surprised by this product. This dry bag has a lighter, more compact feel and I wasn't sure it could keep my stuff as dry as a more substantial dry bag. But after the hilarious race director in last week's southern michigan adventure race had us slogging through chest-deep swamp for an hour, the dry sack proved valuable. I would have liked a little bigger size. This one just fit my shoes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love these and the air compresses out easily I have approximately 12 of these in the 8L size, some gray but most blue. I am OCD about organization. I use these to hold a single change of clothes, then when I change I put the dirty clothes back inthe bag. I have little ribbon clips that I then clip onto the bags with dirty clothes. When I need a change I just grab a bag without a ribbon. Because of the event bottom you can compress most of the air out of these bags allowing for more compact packing or to get you stuff back into your bag. I've used my system and these bags on business trips, local camping, and extended foreign camping and travel. If moosejaw allowed the posting of pictures for reviews I could post (before - stuff laid out, after putting in these bags, and after everything in the duffel) how I got all of my gear into a single The North Face large Base Camp duffel for 6 weeks of camping in Namibia using these bags.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Plainly works as YOU should expect. This is the second batch of dry bags for me (just needed more, not replacing), I use while motorcycling around and camping. The bags are great for my saddlebags and my T-bag (motorcycle luggage) to compress clothes and keep them dry (hence "dry bag"). I don't stop just because it's raining. YOU WON'T GO WRONG WITH THESE.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Light and practical! This dry sac is lightweight and practical! I bought a 10L bag to use as a liner for my backpack when traveling. Works well as a liner, dry bag and laundry bag if traveling light. Love it!
