• Rock Climbing Shoes - it is recommended you size down 1/2 to 1 full size from your casual shoe size.
• Mountaineering Boots - size up about 1/2 size, depending on your desired fit.
• Ski Boots - Scarpa ski boots are measured in Mondo sizing. Neat. Please note that many boot sizes will share the same size shell, while the liners are lasted for each 1/2 size. Some skiers may want to size down up to a 1 full Mondo size, depending on their desired personal fit.
ADDITIONAL SIZING INFO • Unless otherwise noted or converted for you already in the size options, all Scarpa non-plastic footwear uses European sizing • 1 Euro whole size = 0.26 inches • 1 US whole size = 0.33 inches

Decent Cross-Over Trail Running ShoeI always have trouble finding running shoes that actually fit my feet. These are the best fitting shoes I've found in a long time. I usually wear a 7 or 7 1/2 in running shoes and often times find that I'm in between these 2 sizes (7 is too small & 7 1/2 is too big). I purchased a 7 in these shoes and its a good fit. I've worn them 4 times now on a combination of pavement and trails. These shoes don't require any break-in time; I ran 6 miles on my first run and didn't get any blisters. My longest run in them, so far, has been 12 miles and I didn't have any issues. I can't comment on drainage or durability. Overall, the Ignite is a good shoe for smooth trails and some pavement. (I don't think the Ignite would be supportive or durable enough for technical trails in rugged terrain.)
