"good pack for a day of backcountry skiing" 10/12/09
this is my favorite piece of gear when i head out to steamboat for the weekend. close-fitting and does not restrict movement of the upper body. roomy enough to fit the essentials. good pack.
"Great for adventure racing" 05/26/09
This is a great pack for adventure racing. It is great for a 24 hour race and can hold all the gear you need. The one thing I dont like about it is how it holds a water bladder. For some reason it is rather uncomfortable on my back when full and the system to hold the bladder in the pack could be better. Overall a great bag. Can take whatever beating you put it through.
"Great Lightweight Pack!" 03/30/09
I use this pack for adventure races and downhill skiing. It's nice and lightweight and has adequate storage for up to 12hr races. I like last years model a bit more because it had synch straps on the outside so it was easier to hold a jacket or bike helmet. The side pockets are great for holding food, energy gels, etc. and I'm able to put a 100oz bladder in it as well. Definitely Recommend!
