I was told by my local dealer that the Wildfire S has a wider toe box than last year's Wildfire which I already own. My 1 yr old Wildfires do rub the 4th and 5th toes on long downhills. So I tried them and more room. Does this sound right?

Many of the shoes today are just too narrow at the ball of my foot at the toe end of the shoe - I only wear Asics nowadays because they have enough room there in the D-width. How about these shoes? I do not see a D-width offered. Are they roomy or narrow?

Thanks for the question. The Wildfire tends to run a bit narrow on average, so if you require a wider shoe these may not work for you. You can also try to go up a half size as with break-in time these will loosen up from the initial out of the box fit. I hope this helps.
