RAB FIT GUIDE and INFO
• RAB clothing and outerwear is categorized into three different fits. Please use the fit information below to help you find your ideal fit.
SLIM: Close fitting for maximum performance.
REGULAR: Medium fitting, styles with this fit will be contoured with room for movement.
RELAXED: Looser fitting with a more generous fit.
• Please keep in mind that the fit of each garment makes allowances for whether or not clothing will be layered underneath. For example, if it's a regular fit shell jacket, it will still have room for several layers to be worn underneath, whereas a regular fit tee will not. Sorry to sound so bossy.
Rated 4 out of
Good for what it's meant to doI wear a small in Rab, 6ft, 38" chest 31" waist. Fits snug but well, no room for a midlayer which is how I wanted it. Neck is a bit loose, but no issues in use. Perfect for running in windy, 30-40f days with a cap1 or even a t shirt depending on effort. Allows enough air through that on an 8 mile tempo run only my elbows had noticeable moisture, while maintaining warmth and adjusting zip as required for air. Without a cool wind though it heats up fast in high output activities as expected without venting. With thumb loops and ability to stuff into the chest pocket I prefer this to the Boreas unless I know I'll need the hood. The thin, soft material and tall collar does flap around a bit on both jackets, I end up tucking them in when unzipped. A niche item as it appears to lack any DWR and heavier than a typical wind shirt, but works well in the right conditions.
