The Prana Men's Stretch Zion Pant is a durable pant for climbing and hiking. The blend of nylon and spandex creates a durable fabric that readily follows your every move. A durable water repellent adds a boost of water resistance, beading up droplets on the fabric surface that can be quickly brushed away. The internal waistband cinches down to hold the pants up properly, eliminating the need for a separate belt. If you can't live without your flashy belt buckles on your off days, don't despair, the belt loops are still on the pants. When the day heats up, roll up the cuffs and secure them with a snap to wade in a nearby river. As much at home in Zion National Park as in any other, these pants are always ready to scramble up your favorite route.

New to casual camping - but so far these pants are excellentThe fit of these pants are excellent. I was in the Marine Corps for a number of years, and nothing was worse than being in the field and having a waistband that either always felt too tight or so loose they had to be spin he'd very tightly with a riggers belt, causing an annoying rub. The adjustable draw strap on the waist is slim and very helpful, so your belt can be set to a comfortable setting as well.,,,,So far the material is holding up great. Durable enough so that the brush all around where I live in Missouri are no issue at all, but thin enough to be comfortable with a lot of movement. So far very happy with them

Lightweight, durable, yet not water resistantI've used these a lot over the last 6 months. I love how lightweight they are and the side pocket has been very convenient. It has two zippers, one to access from the top and one on the side. I also love how they are a little bit stretchy(I feel comfortable bouldering around in these pants) and you you can roll up the legs and button them up. This is great after a long day of hiking when you dont want to take your pants off, yet you don't want to walk on your pants while taking a break from your boots. I plan to take these with me while I travel the world as my main pair of paints. I would definitely buy from Prana again, these have served me well.

Great Climbing, Hiking, and all round pant!I have been wearing the pants for about a month, using them for rock climbing/bouldering and hiking. They seem to be holding up really well. I really like the deep mess pockets (contents sit below the leg strap of my harness and don't have to worry about anything falling out) and the perforated crotch for increased ventilation! The gusted crotch is also great for climbing! ,,Two minor gripes: ,,1) the location of cargo pocket (but this i my complaint for all cargo pockets), I wish it was located higher on my thigh and not slightly above the knee. ,,2) The roll up snaps - cannot figure them out. I have been rolling them up and as of yet, they have not unrolled.

Best Britches EverSeriously, if you've not bought these pants yet and you've made it all the way to my review do yourself a favor and drop the coin. From the moment I received these pants I was in love. They are so so comfortable. I don't ever want to take them off. I will say the fabric feel right out of the package was strange to my hand, but actually wearing the pants is great.,,,,Sizing I wear about a 30 or 31 and the small fits me perfectly. These pants run a little large I think.,,,,They have great reach/stretch. I would recommend them for any level of hiking/climbing; however, I would be wary of going in these if weather conditions were extremely hot.,,,,Enjoy the pants!~

Excellent pants for Climbing! For the most part the Zion Stretch serves its purpose. The Zion Stretch is both light and flexible, how ever it is not the best for colder weather due to how thin the material is. Also the material is not snag proof, so if you find yourself hiking through some thorny bushes be careful they will snag and possibly rip. When I climb, I enjoy wearing pants to prevent banged up knees and shins. During the summer it gets a little to hot for pants. The Zion pants remedy climbing in warmer weather since they are thinner. . Other than that I am always climbing or hanging out in these pants when they are not in the dirty laundry pile and will purchase more pairs.

Nice pantsI haven't had a chance to take these climbing outside yet, but my initial impressions are good. The stretchiness and roll-up snap feature have been great for bouldering in the gym. Normally I am not a fan of built-in belts but the one on these pants has such a low profile that it will probably work better with a backpack than a normal belt! I wear them to cycle in the rain because the nylon material is slightly water resistant and dries quickly. Not super warm or super light weight- these are probably best for climbing in early fall and early summer. The only thing i would change is giving it a larger/more gusseted crotch.

Best Hiking Pants You'll OwnThese are my all time favorite hiking/backpacking pants. I have a few pair of the pants and a couple pair of the shorts and at some point I'll probably get some more. The fabric on these pants are fantastic - stretches/gives so you can hike in comfort but they also look and fit really great. The roll-up feature with the buttons comes in handy too. All in all just a really great product that I've worn on tons of camping and hiking trips and they've held up better than I could hope for.,,A sizing note: I'm 6ft and normally wear 34x32 jeans and the Medium w/ 32 Inseam fit perfectly. Couldn't recommend these enough.,,

Great for climbing, but could do without the leisure suit feelFirst, my dimensions because I know you all are dying to know. But seriously, it's really useful when reading reviews, but people don't usually give them. 5'11" and 146.5 pounds (as of this morning). I got these in small and they fit perfectly at the waist and inseam. ,,,,I use them for indoor climbing, and they're perfect for it. They stretch really well, obviously, and are neither baggy nor clingy, and I can get away with wearing them on the street.,,,,Only thing I'm not 100% in luv with is that they're really synthetic, and make me feel like Leisure Suit Larry, though not in a good way. ,,,,Hope this helps!
Thanks for reaching out to us! This is another popular question we've been getting, as the size guide can be a little confusing. The "Short" will be a 30 inch inseam. The "Long" will be a 34 inch inseam. Hope this helped you out!
