Excelent Shorts for Climbing and other AdventuresI have 4 pairs of these shorts and they are my go-to clothes for summer activities. They are stretchy and with the low-profile waistband will never get bunched up in a harness. Mine have survived 5-6 seasons on average and are very durable. The silky fabric hangs perfectly and the knee-length keeps you stylish (unless you like the short-shorts).,,,,Only downside is the fly is FAKE, you will have to pull down your pants to do your business. Oh, and don't take them in the pool, chlorine will disintegrate your elastic waistband. (2 pairs have seen this sad ending.,,,,Superb shorts over all! Buy them! PS. 32 in waist fits Medium perfectly

Great comfortable shortsGot a medium of these shorts and they are just a tad small for my size (5'11" and 1165 lbs.) but they still fit well. I would not get the large if I had to get another pair. These shorts are very comfortable, and are versatile. I can go from hiking straight into the water, and with a good pair of underwear (Patagonia makes a good one) can easily transition back to hiking or any other activity. I worked at two different summer camp for two weeks and wore these most of the time. They were great dealing with the summer heat and all I put them through. Elastic waistband could be a little better, they can be pulled down easier than shorts with a normal waistband. Great shorts and I love them

Great shorts, but their sizes changed recentlyThese shorts are extremely comfortable for climbing, and in general, they hold up pretty well. They are my first choice when climbing or just lounging around.,,,,I have several pairs of these shorts from years ago. I'm not a large fellow, but L fit me well back then. I just ordered more larges, and the large now is nearly 4" bigger in circumference than the pairs I already had (I lined them up to each other). Watch out, the sizes have changed within the last couple of years. Only reason I'm putting 4 star is so that others see the sizes have changed, otherwise I would give them 5.

Hands down the best shorts my lower half has ever experienced. From the mountains to the bar!Seriously. This summer I wore these shorts for a day in Glacier Park that went like this (the shorts were worn every step of the way):,,-sleeping in the tent (baggy fit makes them comfortable),,-waking up and trail running (the just above the knee cut makes them great for exercise, but not so short that the passerbys can see your everything),,-swimming in an alpine lake (extremely quick dry),,-back to down for dinner with my parents (these shorts somehow meet the outdoor professional appearance with a three pocket design normal fancy short style crotch.,,

Good lightweight short for lounging or low output activitiesAs suggested in my bottom line, this short is lightweight, making it ideal in warm weather. It is a minimalist short that lacks many features, other than pockets. I got this short because I was looking for an athletic short that had pockets, so this fit the bill. The minimalist nature means it doesn't have any extra frills such as a zippered key pocket. This isn't a running short, so that wasn't necessarily expected, but for a short in this price range, you might expect a little more in terms of features. I was, however, very happy with the fit and the colors. The short is too baggy for high output activities such as running, but would seem right at home for yoga or at the climbing gym. I love it for lounging around post work-out.

WoW!These shorts are the bees knees, I was really skeptical about dropping $40 duckets on a pair of shorts but after my first week with them I'm going to pick up another pair. I went climbing one day, mountain biking the next, and hiking on the third day without ever taking these bad boys off and they somehow clean themselves it seems. They somehow shed mud and and dirt and keep me looking fresh after any physical activity. I normally wear a medium but I went large and they still fit fine. If you are looking for a great all around short then look no further.

Phantastic material, but watch out for size choice!Got my Mojo Short in reasonable time and perfect condition. ,,,,I love the material, it feels very good on the skin and actually you don`t want to take them off again. Th ecolour "auburn" also looks great, something unseen so far - I love it!,,,,The only drawback so far is that the size table is off from my piont of view.I wear W=32 in Levis 501, but the Mojo in "M" is so small that I could barely get it over my hips. Have to return them for an "L" and hope that the guys over at MJ do a good job in sending me that good-fitting one...

Comfortable, Versatile shorts for your next send!Prana always makes a great product, and the Mojos are no exception. Super comfortable, they move with your body and after a while, you forget they are there. The cut allows your legs to move freely and these days, they're the only shorts I'll wear when climbing, whether at the crag or indoors at the gym. In fact, I own not one, but two pairs, of these shorts. I got the black because that's what was on sale, but I'm crushing on the Tomato (Red) and Corsica (Blue) shorts, too. Hey, Moosejaw, want to hook me up with a pair or two?!
for prana mojo shorts, what size do I buy? my waist is 33-34. thanks

You would be right in the middle of a Medium and Large for these pants. Since Prana tends to run true to size and these are the regular fit and not the slim fit, I would recommend going with the Medium.
