I love that this mat is eco-friendly. I feel good about using it because I know that after my mat has been used and loved I can reuse it for another purpose. This mat is super comfortable and I don't slip or slide around. I can pack this mat easily and carry it wherever I need to go. I really have enjoyed this product.
The perfect yoga mat. Nice thickness for solid cushioning and support with out compromising body position or stability. Average weight, so not super heavy if you have to carry it around all day. Sweat resistant and easy to take care of. Posh dual color helps fit the mood you are in for each new day.Overall I plan on using mine until I wear it out :)
I've used the cheap yoga mats for so long, I had no idea what a difference a better-made/cushier one would make. Definitely worth the money...it's just sticky enough that my hands and feet don't slide everywhere when in the downward dog position and it's thick layers cushion my hands and feet so they don't ache after a short time.
This is a very nice mat. I used it to replace a mat (I was using two mats to get decent cushion). This mat by far is better than what I was using. I do yoga on a regular basis and need a comfortable mat that prevents me from slipping, even when I am sweating. This mat does a great job. Nice Prana product.
So my old mat was a total disaster got it in a for sale section of a big sporting goods store and was never happy with it. I saw this online and realized it advertised everything I was looking for. My old mat was to slick, this Parana mat gives me great footing and hold. It also has a ton more padding which is a huge bonus. The only hard thing for me was finding a place out of the sun to store the mat in my sun filled apt; since the mat is Eco friendly and designed to breakdown over time with direct exposure to sun. But that's nothing a closet or mat bag can't fix.
I have tried so many mats but none compared to the prana eco mat,its light weight and wider than most yoga mats.Its sticky so it helps when doing balance moves because you get a better grip.I am very content that is eco friendly and one day many many years later it wont harm the earth.i give it two thumbs up!
