"I love this helmet..." 12/12/11
And that's saying a lot because I hate just about everything about helmets. They always look goofy, sometimes get in the way, and even if it's not uncomfortable, you just constantly feel it on your head. At least with this one, you can pretty much forget you have it on and it doesn't look as goofy as most other helmets. It is super lightweight and has a spot for a headlamp, so those are good features, too.

This helmet is so light that you may forget that it is on your head. I was concerned with durability when I purchased it and on my first trip to Colorado with it bonked my head several times on climbs. Each time I would remove the helmet expecting to see it in crumbles, but it showed no signs of damage. It is light and easy to adjust on those alpine days where yo start with a beanie on and later remove it. I have also worn a baseball cap under it for sun protection. This is an awesome helmet. Remember the head not willing to protect itself, is a head not worth protecting :)
"Great, super light helmet! One small gripe..." 08/25/11
This is the most comfortable helmet I've ever owned, its so light I forget I'm wearing it. The chin strap is comfortable and the headlamp clips are a nice plus. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the size adjustment system doesn't seem as comprehensive as in other Petzl helmets I've owned (an adjustment in the back is the only available). This hasn't been a problem yet but it may be once I start wearing a winter beanie with it as ice climbing season starts. Otherwise great helmet!
