This climbing harness is low bulk and has flexible rear equipment loops to prevent the waist belt from interfering while wearing a pack. The frame construction with breathable monofilament mesh evenly distributes pressure. Designed with perforated closed cell foam on the waist belt and leg loops to increase breathability and woven polyester mesh on the inside of the harness wicks moisture for improved comfort and speeds drying providing maximum support and comfort. "Excellent all around harness." 02/20/12
If you are looking for a harness to belay your buddy while he is projecting, this would be that harness. The Adjama is light, fully adjustable which is nice if you need an extra layer for colder weather. It is also a great harness to hang in whether you are working your project or setting at the gym.
"Excellent, with one flaw" 12/16/11
This is a very comfortable harness with four grear loops. When properly adjusted, it is comfortable to sit and fall in, but it has one problem. The loop in back is not load bearing. Its where a haul loop should be, but isnt a haul loop. This has been a major pain in the ass three times in three years of ownership, so it still gets big ups. Its also really light, and did I mention comfortable?
"Comfortable and compatible." 12/08/11
Don't be deceived by the photo, this Petzl actually has four gear loops, which is highly sought after by many climbers. The hardness is well-rounded, pardon the pun, and is very adjustable. Until you properly align the leg loops, they can be a bit uncomfortable. It was one of the few harnesses that the Moosejaw shop offered and I can't complain, because it's solid and will grow with me to sport climbing and above!

"Sturdy, comfy, well made, all-around use (mountaineering, sport, trad, multi-pitch)" 11/20/11
Not quite as comfy as the Petzl I replaced it with. I sprang for the adjustable leg loops where my last one didn't have it. Not a fan though as they're not as convenient as I thought they'd be for winter mountaineering.I thought the point of the sewn waist strap was to keep it from coming unbuckled, but the strap pulls through the buckle, unlike my last one.Overall, great harness.
"Loved this Harness!" 11/15/11
This is my 2nd harness. I generally use if to gym climbing, but I get outdoors as much as possible. So much more comfortable than my first harness. Whether just hanging out or taking a whipper, it is the harness for me. Quit reading this review and click "add to cart".
"My favorite harness yet" 09/16/11
Love this harness. Have climbed all day in it (including 24 Hours of Horseshoe Hell) and seldom even notice I've got it on. Have actually finished a climbing session, and headed to the bouldering room, only to realize I was bouldering with it still in place. The loops rack very nicely for sport and despite numerous long falls, (I have never been pinched in inappropriate places :). My only reservation is that sometimes the buckles are a little difficult to cynch up, would be nice if they were a bit heavier, but then this is designed as a light weight harness. Overall, I would certainly by this again.
"Great comfortable harness with great adjustability." 08/02/11
I absolutely love how comfortable this harness is. I was in the market for a new harness that had slots for my Cari-Tools and this is what I decided on. Great ventilation and plenty of adjustability for when you are wearing thicker layers in the winter time. The connection points from the leg loops keep the harness from slipping down (like some BD products I know) while you are walking. When hang-dogging in the harness on that 5.3 I can't send, it doesn't feel like a tourniquet on my guts (also like some BD products I know).
"Super comfy yet not to heavy" 06/11/11
I have taken this harness out a couple times so far and really like it a lot. It's breathable, comfortable, and has good placements for clipping stuff into. The chalk bag loop on back works well, and the color is just beautiful. I have just been using it to top rope, but I have no complaints with it so far. I'm 5'10" and 160" and the medium fits (when straps are very tight), so I may recommend going with a small at that size. Hope this is helpful!
"Great Sport Harness not so much for trad" 01/19/11
This harness is great for shorter sport routes or routes with a few bolts. The harness is light weight and comfy; however, it has a few drawbacks. The biggest drawback lies in the gear loops. The loops are tiny and awkward. You'll find yourself wasting energy reaching for draws on a 10 bolt route or having a hard time putting on enough cams to climb a 50+ft splitter. Also, the small sized harness has smaller leg loops which might make it hard for climbers with large legs.Look for something with bigger and better designed gear loops for gear heavy routes.Short Sport A+Long Sport BTrad D+
"Great harness, you shouldn't look anywhere else for one" 12/29/10
I have hung in this harness for half a day and used it for short sport routes and I have yet to be disappointed. It is comfortable, easy to use, and quite durable. It is the perfect all around harness, get it.
