"My 2nd favorite crampon by Petzl!!!" 12/27/11
I have the Dartwin's as well as the M-10s. I like both for various ice conditions or length of climb/trip. The Dartwins don't offer the variability of the M-10s, but they still provide the consistent striking power. The lever-latch is my favorite version to get. Never have to worry about the heel coming loose. Set the length on the center bar once and you wont have to worry about sizing before climbing. I'm looking forward to trying out the heel spur this winter. Throw the Heel Hook!
"Don't buy from Moosejaw!" 04/29/08
Buyer beware Moosejaw is pulling a switch with this crampon and others. So watch out with other similar products as well. They would not give me the product I ordered from the website at the price I ordered it! They would not make it right. I even chatted with live help before ordering and the problem was not remedied at that time.
