Rated 5 out of 5 by from Petzl Corax Harness! This harness is very comfortable, im 180 pounds and the harness construction distributes pressure to keep me comfortable while climbing. waistbelt and leg loops are lined with breathable mesh to ensure comfort on those hot days. Waistbelt features 2 DoubleBack buckles that easily adjust and center the harness. The DoubleBack buckles allow adjustments while maintaining the correct double-back configuration. the harness also has2 rigid gear loops toward the front and 2 flexible gear loops in back for racking gear. The flexible gear loops won't interfere with a backpack. Petzl always makes a good product and they sure did a great job on the corax!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable harness fits a wide variety of people I got the Petzl corax after using an Edelrid logan. The corax is noticeably heavier with much thicker padding and buckles. The design was very comfortable for me, and has worked very well for gym climbing and at an outdoor climbing gym. ,,,,What sets the corax apart from almost any other harness I looked at before making my purchase was the adjustability. The small size fits waists 23 to 33 inches. This means that I can lend it out to friends when I take them climbing. They have a very comfortable quality harness instead of those terrible ball crunching gym harnesses. It has fit everybody I know comfortably from my wife to my big ex-army cousin. ,,,,

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great harness, super comfortable I love my Petzl harness, its is comfortable, easy to adjust and overall a great harness. My first harness was a Black Diamond Momentum AL, and although it served me well, I just recently upgraded to this one. It is much more comfortable than my black diamond one, especially though the legs. It is also easier to maneuver in and its nice that this one is pre-double backed and it tightens on both sides of your hips instead of just one. I would recommend spending the extra $20 and getting this harness over the Black Diamond Momentum AL, this is a really good harness.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable and easy to put on, durable, inexpensive This harness is very comfortable to wear compared to the standard gym harness that is typically twisted beyond straightening out. Fits comfortably around the waist and you hardly notice that you are wearing a harness.Since my waist is big compared to my skinnier legs , most harnesses that fit my waist did not also adjust down to fit my legs. A beginner should buy a pair of shoes first but this is an excellent investment for personal comfort. This harness can be used by a very diverse range of experiences from beginner to expert.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice and Comfy It's a bit heavier than other harnesses, but when I'm lugging much more on my trad or sport climbs already, I don't really notice it compared to my lighter harnesses. I initially didn't think much about the dual belt loops, but it definitely helps fine tune that adjustability that makes it a bit more comfortable. The nice wide belt strap adds more to the comfort when you are hanging on your next project. The gear loops are decent, but they could stand to be a bit stiffer/wider for me, but its definitely usable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very comfortable, nothing extra I've been using the harness for a couple years, and it is leaps and bounds better than the loaners I had resorted to before. When I sport climb, it's got more than enough gear loop space to hold me in good stead. The padding is not thick, but the wide straps distribute my weight very comfortably. Super quick on and off, with the buckle in the back and the pre-doubled-back waist strap. Only complaint is no sliding loop to deal with very end of loose straps, but really is nothing to complain about.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good overall, comfortable and durable I've used this harness mainly for rock climbing, as well as some use on challenge courses. The gear loops are better than I've used on most other harnesses' and the fit of the harness is extremely comfortable for a woman (although smaller than about a size 8 woman might be too small for this unisex harness). It is a bit heavier than some other options, but if that's not a factor, I'd recommend it for comfort, particularly if you'll be wearing it for long periods of time.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great harness. I really love this harness. I have used this harness for both sport and Trad climbing and it worked great. It is comfortable and has a lot of adjustment but still make sure to carefully check the size guide because I have tried on a size 2 and even though I about fit in the range for the 2 I needed a 1. The only complaints I have about this harness is I wish the back to gear loops were stiff like front 2 and I would like if it had a larger haul loop.
