It's like wearing a hug. But really, this is the softest, warmest fleece I've ever had. It stays as soft as the day you get it through multiple washes. It's no fuss. It's fuzzy and it's loose with very little shape, so if you're looking for something figure flattering, this is not it. Also, the boob pocket is awkward for putting things in. I have accepted that my left boob will look lumpy if I actually use the pocket, but I'm more for utility over style. It's a perfect layer if you're running to class or going for a hike on a cool day. I wear it inside, outside, on errands, while snowshoeing...anywhere really. This jacket is the bomb diggity.Height: 5'9" w/ athletic build and the medium fits me fairly loosely.
This pullover saved my life...well, not really. It's warm and fuzzy like a Nicholas Sparks novel, but it won't make you cry. I recommend buying one for yourself and bullying your friend into buying a complimentary color so you can walk around looking even more awesome than a blonde and a redhead in not matching pullovers.Be warned, however, if you have a big head, you are going to feel a sense of deja vu for your birthday every time you put it on...and I'm not talking about cake and presents here.Overall, a real nice purchase. You won't regret this bad boy.
This is the softest, fluffiest jacket I've ever owned. It is beyond comfortable and a lot warmer than other Patagonia fleeces. However, they do sell it over at Patagonia for 83$ now on sale, so make sure you notify Moosejaw about the pricing guarantee. YOU SHOULD DEFINITELY BUY THIS.
"Good purchase, maybe should have got a smaller size."
Originally, I purchased this fleece in a size medium based on some reviews that this product ran small. This is not the case, it runs true to size, if not a little loose. I exchanged a medium for a small. I am approximately 5' 3" and 126 lbs and can layer this fleece over a t-shit and flannel with room to spare. The length fits fine for me, but i would imagine if i were a few inches taller it can be a little short. For reference, I wear a xs in the North Face Denali fleece. Because it is still a loose fit, it can kind of get drafty when the wind blows, i should have gone with the xs. Otherwise, this is a nicely constructed fleece, washes fine and is quite warm.
This is the best Patagonia purchase I've made thus far. The moment I put it on, I fell in love and I never want to take it off! I struggled deciding what size to order. I'm about 5'0" and I weigh about 130lbs. I normally wear a small or a medium, depending on the fit of the item. I went ahead and purchased a Medium in the Oasis Blue color, which is absolutely gorgeous. But I love the fit, I'm pretty short but it hits me right at the hip, the sleeves aren't too long which is often a struggle. If you want a more slender fit, don't get the size up. But if you're looking for a slightly more relaxed fit....not baggy, just relaxed, go a size up!
