The Patagonia Women's Vagabunda Jacket is a winter jacket with synthetic insulation to turn up the warmth. The jacket looks like wool and large buttons give you plenty of style, but it's really made with a polyester twill, making it much easier to take care of. The inside of the jacket has 60g of Thermogreen insulation, a 90% recycled material, to keep you warm as you rush off to class or work. The asymmetrical lines blended with princess seams provide a feminine look that is casual enough for the bar and classy enough for business.

Women's Fit Guide Details & Info
Patagonia's measurements refer to body size and NOT garment dimensions. Sorry for yelling about it.
Each Patagonia product is designed and shaped specifically for its intended use, and below are their generalized four fit descriptions, and details about each fit. The Patagonia fit for each style can be found in the product description features or specifications.
FORMFITTING • Conforms to the body's contours.
SLIM FIT • Closer-fitting. Slim-fitting technical garments may be worn over baselayers and light midlayers.
REGULAR FIT • Neither slim nor oversized. Regular-fitting technical garments may be worn over heavier midlayers. Men's regular fit pants have a slimmer fit through that thigh, lower leg, and cuff.
RELAXED FIT • Drapes loosely on the body. Men's relaxed fit pants have a bit of extra room through the hip, thigh, lower, and cuff.
CLASSIC BOY FIT • Boxy, athletic, with a traditional crew neck.
ANIKA FIT • Formfitting and longer in the torso, with a wider, deeper neck (not quite scoop).

Toasty coat. Great for people without shedding pets. Terrible zipperThe fit of this jacket is "casual" so you can high five and hug people comfortably. It has a longer cut, so it covers your booty. I am 5'5 130-140lbs depending on the week,,This jacket is best for cold weather, definitely not a 50 degree + jacket. I sweat balls when I wear it for a walk in the sun,,I got the coat in "Smoked Green" which I might not recommend for people with shedding animals as I have found out it really attaches well to this fabric.(If you're tidy and actually hang your coat up instead of throw it on the couch/floor/whatever, then you will be fine with dark green color) ,,Worst thing about this jacket is the zipper, which I would say may be just a defective one, but every Patagonia jacket I own has something wrong with the zipper. Patagonia problem, not moosejaw. Sticks at the bottom and takes me 2 minutes to get on and off each time. Luckily, I have all the time in the world... ,,Overall: Buy it if you are thinking about it. It makes even the ugliest chicks look hot.

Love this jacket!I bought this jacket to be in between my Das Parka(sporty) and my wool coat(dressy). It's perfect! Nice enough to wear with a dress, but great with jeans. It looks like wool, but isn't itchy since it's actually fleece. I'm 5'4" and 112lbs and the small is perfect. I have an athletic/yoga build. In "regular" clothes I usually have issues with the back not being broad enough and the chest being too big. Patagonia always fits perfect. I can raise my arms without feeling restricted which is a necessity for me.

Great jacketThis jacket is great. I ordered a small and am 125, 5'9, and it does fit snug around the back shoulders, so keep that in mind if you don't have a skinny upper torso, a small will probably be uncomfortable. I love the length, it's long enough without being too long. I ordered the green and it's very pretty, I have cats and it doesn't collect hair horribly - it doesn't have a magnetic attraction to hair like some dark fleece does, but my cats do love to bury inside it or lay on it any chance they get.

warm and comfortablebought this jacket last summer in preparation for winter, held up well through a relatively snowy Virginia winter. the fur inside the hood was great for keeping your head warm, but could get a little wet. I'm 5'3 and 130 and got a medium, I wish it'd be a little longer past the hips to keep my butt warmer but overall it was a great jacket and easy to layer with if you need more insulation. easy to wear around town or on easy walks/hikes, no problems with comfort.

Very Comfortable Jacket, But Not Warm EnoughI bought this jacket looking forward to it being a nice fall jacket with a soft lining throughout. It is very nicely fitted and not too tight anywhere, but the soft lining is only in the hood and the pockets, and it isn't very warm.
