"Go to jacket!" 01/02/12
I wear this jacket almost every day! It's super toasty without the bulk. Has a flattering slim fit and perfect length sleeves. I wear it alone when I go out and it withstands freezing temps and snow. I also layer it under a shell for skiing and it keeps me nice and warm. It's a great insulator and perfect for backpacking trips because it compresses to such a small size. The only downside is the delicate fabric. I wore it on a hike and it got snagged on a sharp branch which gave it a small tear. Then the other day my puppy decided it tastes good and she bit a hole in it, so it's not the most rugged jacket. But for keeping warm and stylish it's a really great product and I absolutely love it!
"Incredibly comfortable, lightweight, less bulky than down!" 11/20/11
I replaced a crappy down jacket with this Micro Puff jacket, and the fit is amazing. It's super lightweight, not bulky at all, and very comfortable. Patagonia tends to be a little flattering on size, I ordered a small and it fits perfectly (I'm a medium with some brands).

This is a great Jacket without the typical bulk that down creates, the fabric is light and soft. The jacket is cut so to give more of a flattering fit. The high neck and cinched sleeves protects from frosty breezes. A wide mesh pocket on the inside of the jacket provides plenty of space to stash goods. The fit can be adjusted around the waist with the pull of a draw string.
