"Almost perfect" 05/11/13

I really like the Sweater Jacket. I bought this to replace my beloved charcoal gray fleece I bought in the late 90s. I would give 5 stars if it were available in a dark gray, and if so many other reviewers hadn't mentioned the pilling. I haven't worn mine much yet, but that worries me.I'd also like to request that Patagonia please be more accurate when saying its vests & jackets are "hip length." This carries the same description as the Retro-X but the Sweater Jacket looks SEVERAL inches longer -- and for me, that's the perfect length. More precise measurements in a product description would be great.

"FAVORITE SWEATER!!" 02/15/13

Love the better sweater sooo much that I now have 4 better sweaters in 4 different colors!!! Love them soo much and have gotten sooo many compliments!! Must have item! So comfortable and fits great! This was the first Patagonia product I purchased and now I mostly only purchase Patagonia for my jackets! Love!

"Buy it. Buy it now or regret it forever." 02/13/13

I had to exchange for a smaller size, then for a different color, and one final time because their was a hole in the seam of the arm (Patagonia's bad, not Moosejaw's), but it was 100% completely worth it. It fits sort of snug-ly, but in the best way possible that is better than the embrace of a significant other or your mom. It's supa warm when you want it to be but is slim enough that it fits under other coats and sweatshirts. Definitely one of the best investments I've ever made.

"I'd like to buy all colors!" 02/10/13

I love my better sweater jacket in purple. I'd love to buy all colors. This jacket has a more slim fit and isn't frumpy looking. The fleece lining on the inside keeps me warm. I ordered a small and can fit a sweater underneath for colder days.

"I waited to buy this jacket, and it was worth the wait, I love it!" 02/10/13

As I said, I waited for over a year to buy this jacket. I have 4 kids and a German Shepherd, I have to be careful how I spend money. But, this jacket is as great as I hoped. I could wear it everyday, so I will need to get another one in another color. I can wear it out for dinner or just around the house. It looks great no matter what. Keeps me warm, but looking shart:) I love the styling and for some reason, I especially like the pocket on the sleeve. The pockets are cozy and zip to hold my phone, keys or lip stuff.

"Amazing Jacket!" 02/03/13

I'm a competitive cyclist and I need something to wear to keep warm in between races but also on campus getting to class that is warm and not bulky. I've even used it for a few winter hiking expeditions. This is the best fleece that I have found and is better at keeping the wind out than your typical north face. The heather coloring to the fabric also makes it really nice. Overall I am super happy with this jacket!

"Best Jacket EVER!!!" 02/03/13

I saw this "jacket" locally and they said it was never going on sale...ever (just kidding!). So, being the economical shopper I am, I went online and VOILA! Found it on this amazing website (Moosejaw!!) that totally cracks me up every time I visit it....I digress...Got this product $30 cheaper than locally, free shipping and I am the happiest, most stylish yoga chic around! Love how it is fitted and not bulky like most fleece jackets that look like they add about 50 lbs. I live at the beach so it is the perfect weight. I would buy it in every color if I was a millionairess!!!

"Another Great Patagonia Jacket" 01/22/13

Bought this for my wife. She loves the fabric and fit. Keeps her warm enough on mild to cold days. Also, fits well under a shell for skiing and snowshoeing. Great!

"LOVE this jacket" 01/17/13

I got this jacket for Christmas in the "Light Aquarium" color and I love everything about it! The color is beatiful, it's warm, and has a very slimming and flattering look. I'm 5'3" and 123 lbs and got a medium. I really want to get one of the better sweater vests as well!
