The Patagonia Men's Synchilla Snap-T Pullover is a classic that kind of made fleece cool, and one of those type of fleece jackets you will probably own for like 20 years. The Synchilla is made with a warm and durable double-faced 100% polyester fleece, and has a low-sheared face that helps trap body heat, and resists abrasion so it will last you longer. This Patagonia fleece features spandex trimmed cuffs, and a taped 4-snap Supplex nylon placket that combine to keep in warmth, and the hip length makes it decent for layering when it's super cold out, or to wear alone during the spring or fall. The men's Synchilla fleece weighs in at around 18.7 ounces on average, has a relaxed fit design, and it's so loud in here right now.

SPECIFICATIONS of the Patagonia Men's Synchilla Snap-T Pullover
This is not a technical fleece that you're going to wear climbing or as insulation under a shell. It fits a bit baggy and probably doesn't have the greatest weight to warm rating. However, it is what it is, a super comfortable fleece that will last you forever while chilling out or going out and buying groceries when you're hung over.
This is a great pullover for the 35-55 degree range, and even colder if you aren't outdoors for very long or doing something active (like pond hockey). Other than that, its the same high quality you can expect from patagonia, and can wear it indoors during the colder months. I combined this with the torrentshell for a snow storm and it worked out great!
I love this pullover. The fabric seems to get better with wear, it's comfy and roomy fit on a size small is perfect for me at 5'9" and 150 lbs. If debating between sizes, I'd go down. The collar is nice. In a perfect world I'd put hand pockets on it, I don't use the chest pocket much, it's just a tad too low, carrying keys or a phone I'd rather have a side pocket for that. But still 5 stars!
We loved this pullover. However, the arms run very wide and we had to return because we needed a smaller size. I have a 13 year old who likes the style of the mens but needed the x-small to fit portions correctly.
"Super comfy, keeps me warm, not thin, not cheap, looks nice, wears great."
I looked at many men's fleece jackets and pullovers before buying this one. I found that a lot of the fleece items available for sale were thin and just let the wind blow right through. The material was so thin that collars wouldn't hold their shape, but not this one. No worries with it. It's a comfy thickness, wind resistant, holds it's shape and looks as good as it wears.
This is the 3rd snap-t pullover I have purchased. Originally I bought an extra large for my 6'3" 175 lb son because he wanted a certain pattern. It didn't work out so I exchanged for the black in the large which fits perfectly and has nice detail(turquoise piping along the bottom). By the way very easy to return and exchange!
My Lime Green Patagonia is 30 years young now. I sent it in for a minor trim repair & they fixed it free of charge. They even congratulated me on hanging on to it for so long. It's been over many summits & under many waters, but its toughest test is my daily bicycle commutes to work. It makes me laugh when I see those pretentious snobs in their shiny SUV's sporting north face. Oh, and it's not "too baggy" if you get the right size... Just Sayin'
"Chicks always want to steal it in the morning"
Can't beat this all-around pullover. Any girl that ever gets cold (and they always do) who I let wear this fleece always wants to take it home... (but theyll never get my patagucci). In all seriousness though, this is hands down the most comfortable casual fleece i've ever owned. Extremely stylish as an outer-piece before it gets too cold and it is phenomenal for layering too... i use it under my Arcteryx Alpha SV hardshell for a superior combo.
I love this fleece - I lusted after one I saw years ago when I was in college (the color was dropped by the time I got around to trying to buy it) but happy I finally cracked and bought one. Nice heavy fleece that seems less prone to pilling than others I have had.The only think I can say negative is I am not crazy about Patagonia's cut. It is quite baggy. Patagonia changes sizing often, so maybe you can catch when they are a bit slimmer, but the two that I have are quite baggy.
