"Good Jacket!"  04/06/12

This jacket is super in the rain. Its very lightweight, in your pack and on your back. It packs down super small into its chest pocket but is missing pockets on the sides for your hands. When its actually raining though, this jacket shines through, I've hiked in the snow and biked through some downpours with this guy and no complaints so far. Plan on going bigger if you want to have more than a couple layers on under it though because the sizing is pretty spot on; throwing this over a base layer and my softshell is pushing it.

"Super Jacket"  12/18/11

I love Patagonia stuff. This jacket is great. Very Very light. Packs very small. Not great for layering though, unless you went a size larger. I do wish that it had more pockets than just the inside breast pocket. And having to pull it over your head all the time isn't optimal. But it sure looks nice.

"Great Shell"  10/24/11

Super light and packs into its own chest pocket. Really perfect to stash in a pack and pull out in the rain, that is if you're not wearing it already. It is super comfortable and I wear it all the time. It breathes well; not too stuffy inside. Only downsides: no pockets for your hands; guess that cuts down on weight. Also, I tried it on with in a climbing helmet underneath the hood and couldn't get it zipped up all the way. Either way, this jacket fulfills my needs and goes beyond expectation. Fully recommend it

"Will be your favorite jacket if you get the right size"  10/23/11

Awesome jacket, I got the dark grey and it looks amazing, feels amazing, and smells AMAZING. It keeps the rain off very well, and as it says, it really lets the vapor get out so you don't get all steamy. If you like it steamy, don't buy it. The sizing is kind of funky, so make sure you go to REI or somewhere to see how it fits, then leave a banana in the pocket and buy it here. They will never know.

"Buy this jacket"  06/20/11

Bought this pullover to stuff into the corner of a High Sierra pack. I've been on the receiving end of a sudden storm and with no shell regretted it. This thing rocks, stuffs down small, packs light and you forget you have it until its needed.

"Good but not great fit. Lightweight."  05/03/11

The arms fit fine but I wish the stomach was a bit longer. But I'm sure they were trimming off as much as they could so it was lightweight and compact. Its very compact and fits great in a backpack.

"UltraAwesome"  04/21/11

Get this product, it's within your price range because of the Patagonia Iron Clad guarantee. That means it has a lifetime warranty; think about how much you will end up wearing it then consider what you paid for it. I wear this even when it is not raining out because Ultramarine is the most interesting color ever. The hood is epic and really rounds out the protection needed for a bad rainstorm. It even stows away in the single chest pocket!
