The Patagonia Men's Tenpenny Pant is an all-season pants for work or play. The Tenpenny is made with a blend of 74% organic cotton and 26% nylon, giving you a soft touch with durability in every activity. The pant transfers with ease from the office to the backcountry, so you can sneak out to the trail during lunch, or just head out early on a Friday for a long weekend of backpacking. A durable water repellent finish repels water so you can keep trudging forward regardless of the sprinkling rain. The articulation in the knees and gusseted crotch provides unrestricted movement and the six pockets means you'll have a spot for wallet and pocket knife at all times.
Products on Sale are Discontinued Styles or Colors.

More relaxed, movement-oriented fit for comfort and unconstrained movement in any work or play activity
Front and back knee articulation and gusseted crotch allow for full range of motion
Two front handwarmer pockets; two rear pockets; right-front coin pocket; rightfront on-seam cell phone/utility drop-in pocket

Durable Water Repellant
DWR (Durable Water Repellent) is a coating that is applied to fabrics which makes them water-resistant, or hydrophobic. It's cute to think of a fabric as being afraid of water. Now if only they could make a bearphobic coating. A DWR finish doesn't interfere with breathability, which makes it perfect for adverse conditions in the backcountry.

Men's Fit Guide Details & Info
Patagonia's measurements refer to body size and NOT garment dimensions. Sorry for yelling about it.
Each Patagonia product is designed and shaped specifically for its intended use, and below are their generalized four fit descriptions, and details about each fit. The Patagonia fit for each style can be found in the product description features or specifications.
FORMFITTING • Conforms to the body's contours.
SLIM FIT • Closer-fitting. Slim-fitting technical garments may be worn over baselayers and light midlayers.
REGULAR FIT • Neither slim nor oversized. Regular-fitting technical garments may be worn over heavier midlayers. Men's regular fit pants have a slimmer fit through that thigh, lower leg, and cuff.
RELAXED FIT • Drapes loosely on the body. Men's relaxed fit pants have a bit of extra room through the hip, thigh, lower, and cuff.

Worth the price of admission!!!Was looking for a comfortable, light-weight pant to get me through my everyday needs. Was hesitant in the beginning due to Patagonia's price tag but decided to try anyways. The pant fits me perfectly and the material is everything I was looking for. I liked them so much that I bought a few more pairs and now I find myself wearing them everyday. Only downside is that until you break them in, you're stuck with a slight swishing sound when you walk... I know, I know... first world problems...

A little noisy but awesome functionOne complain from folks is the fabric being a little noisy but honestly it's not bad. It's a stiff fabric so a little crinkly but not all that noticeable. Maybe if you're trying to be stealth or something....
Fit is awesome. I'm slim-ish (5'10" - 150lbs). These have just enough cut to be comfortable and not baggy...even with long underwear. My previous favorite pair of pants was Arcteryx Bastion. The utility pocket fits my Galaxy S5 with sleeve perfectly. Any case bigger won't fit. The material feels real sturdy and the DWR treatment works awesome. Spilled some coffee and it rolls right off....not a hint. Wears great too. Wore it 5 days straight on a recent business trip! Sounds gross but seriously between the DWR and how well the fabric wears-in it looks and feel like the first day I put them on. Got another pair. Love these pants. I rarely give 5 stars to anything.

Patagonia- OK and overpricedThese pants are typical Patagonia . I am learning that patagonia is not particularly great quality for the price. The pants have the feel and sturdiness of $50 pants plus $50 for the name. I really hope they last a while as the thinness of the material makes me think that the crotch will wear out relatively fast for $100 pants
