"I wear it everywhere" 05/16/12
I'm so glad i bought 2 of these, its so practical and warm my girlfriend takes them all the time. this pullover is stylish, but most importantly, it'll keep you warm. its a perfect mid layer for me when im out in the woods during winter and I can't say enough about how great it is. the fleece holds up exceptionally well and its patagonia, so its gaurenteed quality. This is a great investment and worth every cent.
"Bought it for dad, he loves it" 04/20/12
Awesome pullover, bought one for myself then thought my Dad would want one as a basic jacket for our hikes in Bolivia during the winter. He raves about it and doesn't take it off ever. It's light enough where he doesn't get too hot in fairer weather, but it keeps him toasty during our hikes into the mountains in South America.
"Love this soft, fuzzy, warm creation!" 03/03/12
I got the medium for my boyfriend - 6' 1" (ish) 160 lbs. It fits perfect! He loves it - only complaint is the fact that it is not windproof. Seriously, it is so soft and fuzzy, I LOVE it when he wears this thing. At first he didn't like the pocket in the front. But. Apparently, it grows on you. He wouldn't let me exchange it for a different jacket because he found out that he can keep his almost always cold hands in there and warm them up. Overall. I recommend.
"Ballin bro" 11/28/11
This jacket is pretty legit. Everyone I know wants a Pattywack just like mine. Yeahh that's what my maid started calling them and now it has stuck. Kinda catchy huh. Fits nice. Pretty true to size. Kinda rides up when you bend down though. Neg if you are a guy getting this but pos. if a girl has this and bends down.. Whoops too far. Anyway, get it. You won't be disappoint. I just bought the Snap-T too. Oh one more thing. These things shed like no other so wash a few times before wearing unless you still want to be wearing it when you take it off.
"Does It All" 01/05/11
I am 5'10" 165 and recently bought my second Large (Bit Baggy). I am a Medium in most Patagonia clothes/jackets and Med is probably the right fit, but I like the extra room. As others have stated, it doesn't block wind like a technical fleece would, but if you layer it is quite warm. I originally used it under a shell while skiing, but wouldn't recommend buying it for that purpose. I like the Large because I can wear it over anything. I have worn it on summer nights, skiing, around the house, and as a winter outer layer over sweatshirts and sweaters. Very versatile fleece, but essentially it is a warmer, softer, hood-less hoodie.
"Comfy Pullover" 12/23/10
I have had this pullover for 2 years. I find it great for lounging around more so than outdoor use. When I wear it with a pack, I have found out that it wears away some of the fleece on contact points. Nothing major but there's a noticeable spot on mine. It also has a slightly baggie fit but I guess it's not designed to be a layer...
"Amazing, but know what it is." 11/30/10
I bought my first Marsupial about five years ago and have since added three more in different colors. I still wear the first one to this day, but it is unfortunately not nearly as soft after repeated washings.Still, these are incredibly soft, very comfortable, and reasonably warm. As other reviewers have noted, it doesn't do anything to block the wind. Still, on a cool summer night, lounging around the house, or as a mid-layer it is perfect. The large front pocket also makes for an incredible handwarmer, and on top of everything else, it looks good.
"watch out for the wind!" 08/04/10
i have several of these fleeces (some i've bought, and some hand-me-downs from my brothers) and they are great on the warm front....just don't wear with a short sleeved tee...if the wind blows, it goes right through them...and BRRRR!!! (don't say you haven't been warned...)but they are super warm with a longsleeve, and i love them!
