Works fine for both snow and rain, I havent used it in the summer time yet, but dont think that will be a problem at all, besides for it being a bit roomy, it fits just fine according to size now, I normally work fine with a large and now wear a big fleece under it. It is very easy to pack and doesnt take up a lot of room. Seems like the quality is really good. And the hood is nice and very adjustable.
Love this rain jacket. Used it on a backpacking trip in the whites where it rained for 4 of the 5 days. Kept me super dry the entire time, not a drop of water got through. Love how it rolls up into its hood for easy stow away
This was my go to shell for skiing whistler/blackcomb. It took everything I could throw at it. Even with minimum layers under this jacket I was toasty and comfortable. I'm 6'0 185 lbs and an XL fits with plenty of room for a thick fleece. (I like my shells to have plenty of room.)
