Durable Water Repellant
DWR (Durable Water Repellent) is a coating that is applied to fabrics which makes them water-resistant, or hydrophobic. It's cute to think of a fabric as being afraid of water. Now if only they could make a bearphobic coating. A DWR finish doesn't interfere with breathability, which makes it perfect for adverse conditions in the backcountry.

Men's Fit Guide Details & Info
Patagonia's measurements refer to body size and NOT garment dimensions. Sorry for yelling about it.
Each Patagonia product is designed and shaped specifically for its intended use, and below are their generalized four fit descriptions, and details about each fit. The Patagonia fit for each style can be found in the product description features or specifications.
FORMFITTING • Conforms to the body's contours.
SLIM FIT • Closer-fitting. Slim-fitting technical garments may be worn over baselayers and light midlayers.
REGULAR FIT • Neither slim nor oversized. Regular-fitting technical garments may be worn over heavier midlayers. Men's regular fit pants have a slimmer fit through that thigh, lower leg, and cuff.
RELAXED FIT • Drapes loosely on the body. Men's relaxed fit pants have a bit of extra room through the hip, thigh, lower, and cuff.

Awesome JacketWarm and pockets galore. Fits big; I'm 6'3 200lbs and a large is plenty big with room for many layers and almost too big without layers. It has 2 zippered hand pockets, a velcro chest pocket and another chest pocket with a smaller pocket inside that one for a phone or music player and a small hole to route the headphone wire inside the jacket up to your ear which is awesome. Removable hood and removable snow skirt. The bottom hangs down below the waist. It's plenty warm for most winter excursions but a little heavy. I've had many winter jackets and this one is easily my favorite. It's a fantastic jacket.

Perfect jacket for cold weatherLiving in New England, I'm accustomed to being extra cold on windy lifts. The Rubicon Rider Jacket solved my problem. With temperatures below freezing this jacket will keep you nice and toasty. Sizing runs a tad big. I'm 5'10 170lbs and I ordered a large but wouldn't go any smaller. This with a few layers and you'll feel like you are next to the wood stove no matter how cold it is.
