"Warm and Classy" 02/11/12

Very satisfied with this purchase. I'm about 5-10, 150 pounds and a medium fits me well. So pleased with the R1 vest that now I'm considering getting the R1 jacket (sleeves!). Also, had top-notch Moosejaw customer service as always.

"yes, i wear it over a shirt and tie!" 01/22/12

this vest does it all. it's my insulating layer on winter hikes and it's also my stay warm when the office is cold layer. it's so thin and light yet so warm. i really like how the construction allows for pretty quick moisture wicking. i own 8 or 9 vests for hiking and this is the 2nd best when it comes to warmth vs weight ratio. the best would be my primaloft 1 vest. the upside to this vest over the primaloft 1 is that it just looks a lot nicer. the feel of a quality fleece vs a synthetic lining is not up for discussion. fleece ftw!
