The Nano Puff Pullover by Patagonia is wind and water resistant. Versatile 60-gram PrimaLoft One polyester insulation provides excellent warmth and compressibility in this Patagonia Jacket. The Nano Puff Pullover can be worn as insulation or outerwear in cold. I think more things should have self-explanatory names like the pullover. For example: pants – upleggers, hat – headtopper, thongs – upbutters…that sounded better in my head.

"This is a super light weight, compactable midlayer."  04/20/12

I bought the Nano Puff in January of this year and was surprise how well it insulated, for how little it weighed. It gets cold and windy in Nebraska, but even in 10-20 degree, windy weather I was comfortable, when I combined it with a fleece jacket. This pullover does a great job of wicking moisture away and it can be stored inside it own pocket when not in use. I do wish it had a couple extra pockets, regardless I'm looking forward to using it in California this summer on the trail.

"Great Jacket"  02/25/12

I bought this to use as a mid layer between base and my shell. The fit is amazing, it's exceptionally light and amazingly warm. In light weather I wear it as a jacket, but it works perfectly as a mid layer. Stows down to almost nothing. Perfect winter hiking accessory.

"Don't Hesitate, Get One Now!"  02/12/12

Been eyeing these for a while, but couldn't justify it with the mild winter we have been having. Then I found the mango version on clearance, and jumped on it. This pullover is the softest puffy I have ever tried on. Medium is large enough to fit over a Cap 1, R1 pullover, and R2 vest layering combo comfortably. I am 5'-8" and 165 lbs. Also small enough to fit under my MH Epic Jacket if needed during rain/snow. Can't wait to try this out on an upcoming late winter fly fishing trip. Recently wore the R1, R2, Nano combo while 20 deg and 25 mph winds and very low activity, and stayed toasty. Very windproof and compressible. Fantastic pullover, and I highly recommend it!

"Man-oh-man!!!"  01/26/12

This is the softest pullover ever!!! I loved as soon as I put it on and I don't want to take it off! It is also very stylish, I ordered the Mango color, which I have already been complimented on wearing it. I am about 5'11" and 205 lbs with an athletic build and the large fits me perfectly. But if you want it a little baggy I would go with the XL. The only negative about this pullover is I wish it had some pockets but no biggie! Overall, I love this jacket and would recommend it to anyone!!!

"great warm light jacket only minus no hand pockets"  01/15/12

i have used this coat camping in below zero weather, hiking out and about in very brushy areas, and its held up to my puppy jumping up on it. great tough light materlal that kept me warm in super cold windy areas while begin active. also you can't beat that price! the only downside i found is that i keep wanting to stick my hand in pockets that don't exist in the pullover but exist in the full zip. I am 5-10 and weigh 169 lbs i wear a small and it fits great.

"Patagonia has me sold!"  01/02/12

I was skeptical about spending so much money on Patagonia products until I got this jacket, but now they have me sold. Super comfortable, lightweight, extremely packable, and daringly stylish... Need I say more?

"Deceiving Feel, Exceptional Results"  12/16/11

Ordered it from Moosejaw on the sheer fact that I needed an insulting layer backpacking the A.T. in December. Never picked one up in a store and tried it on. My first reaction after using my teeth to open the box was, this feels cheap. For a 149$ this should feel thicker and more durable. It snowed the day it arrived so took my Bernese mountain dog out for a walk. I was astounded how warm I was! the DWR worked great for the light snow, and after the 2ish miles were over I needed to take it off. The Primaloft is unbelievably warm, better than I imagined. Love the elastic bands, keeps the elements out. If you don't have one, you definitely need one.

"Awesome under layer jacket!"  12/07/11

I live in Southern Oregon. I own 2 of these jackets. They are light weight, super warm, and the price is good for what you get. I honestly haven't worn another jacket since i've gotten these. When fishing I wear an under armor long sleeve, then this jacket and then a patagonia wading jacket over top to keep the wind and rain off me. I stay warm even when the guides on my rod are frozen. Make sure to get one of Patagonia's beanies too. They are awesome!

"Outstanding midlayer"  12/04/11

I have been totally happy with this pullover both in the summer and winter. On those cold ski days this makes and excellent midlayer. Not restrictive at all. In the summer it a good stand alone outer layer for cool mountain evenings. Takes up ver;y little room in the pack

"the best"  12/03/11

the nano is the best, only complaint would be is that the elastic on the bottom tends to make the bottom of the jacket puff up a little . but otherwise warm and light
