"I take it everywhere I go. Favorite jacket of all time!"

Been wearing it for over a year now, and LOVE it! It feels noticeably warmer than my old hardware compressor jacket. It stuffs small enough, and weighs little enough that I take it pretty much everywhere I go. Last April my wife and I did 375 miles of Appalachian Trail to get our legs in shape for our Denali ascent, and this jacket was well worth the ounces on BOTH trips. I wore it most evenings and mornings on the AT, and wore it all but two days on Denali. Only gripe was the stench it built after 19 days on the mountain, and how long it continued to stink afterward!
This jacket is cheap, light, looks good, and has all the frills you want. The hood and hem are adjustable. Hood mouth/neck coverage is good, yet not overbearing for casual wear. The jacket is light, but tough. I can attest to that from many bushwacks in the woods with no tears. My only complaint is about the elasticized cuffs. These are great at creating a wind/water/cold seal against your skin or gloves. Yet the elastic band only goes halfway around the wrist, limiting its stretch, and making the ability to check your watch extremely difficult. This is complicated by limited dexterity and layering bulk which is usual to situations where the jacket is called for. Still love it though.
"This is my go to casual jacket in the winter."

This is my favorite jacket for cold weather in the city. When I'm not wearing a wool coat for work I am wearing this. It is light weight, super-warm, and compresses enough to fit into my bag if the weather warms up. My only compliant is that the outer shell can rip easily if it snags on something, and the filling inside can get a little pulled out. I have a black jacket and there are a couple of snags from stray branches, etc. You can't go wrong with this!
