The Patagonia Men's Lightweight Synchilla Snap-T is just like the regular Synchilla, only lighter for days you don't need the full power of the Synchilla. The cozy fleece will keep you just warm enough while the collar surrounds your neck in softness. The pullover is made from 80% recycled polyester, because recycling makes 80% of people feel good. That may or may not be true.

"Good for layering or crisp fall/spring days"
I have a handful of different Patagonia pullovers that vary in their thickness and this is definitely the lightest (it is a lightweight after all). It's great for throwing on over other long sleeves in cooler weather but works fine on its own when it's not overly cold/windy. The color of the Tobago blue is very bold and has that 80s retro look that is super popular right now. My only complaint is that even after several washes the blue is still shedding on backpacks/seat belts etc. I've never had this problem with any of the Better Sweater or women's re-tools; not a major concern. The men's sizing runs much bigger than the women's--a men's medium fits similarly to a women's XL if you're comparing.
Wasn't expecting much from the "lightweight" version of the original Patagonia Synchilla but in comparison, it is the same thing for a cheaper price! (compared to my regular Synchilla)It's still warm enough as a fleece or second layer for colder climate and yet cool enough it would seem for the up and coming Spring. The patterns are definitely trendy in college where everybody has one.It fits well true to size, maybe a little smaller. Either way, would definitely size up (if between sizes like me) since it is regular fit and can be snug.LOVE the Neplai Dhoti pattern way and so glad I made the gamble for the lightweight synchilla!
"Snap-T is one of Patagonia'svery best products"
I have three of these now and this will be the fourth. The first one is 25+ years old and I still wear it all the time. They were much heavier material back then. The new lighter weight models are still rugged but they are better suited to the South to which I have sensibly returned since I got the first one. As with all the other Patagonia products I have, they simply never wear out or go out of style.
I have this in violent turquoise with navy blue trim. It's big and roomy, as well as warm and toasty, however I canNOT get it to stop shedding! I have washed it in warm water and cold water, I've air dried it, I've let it hang, I've worn is out and about, I've worn it while being active but I still CAN NOT GET IT TO STOP SHEDDING! And it's shedding tiny turquoise fluffs everywhere I go! It gets on and sticks to everything! I'm beginning to wonder if it's just my jacket as I've not seen anyone else with this problem. But I do love the jacket and would probably wear it all the time if it would stop this shedding business!
"Daughter Hides this Top When She Is Not Wearing"
I bought this for my daughter - she is away this semester out west. She wanted a boxy, vintage looking Patagonia that was warm and functional. She loves it! Everyone in her cabin loves it too - so much that she has to hid it when it is not on her body! Great look and a great price - thank you for carrying such cute and warm clothing!
