The Patagonia Men’s Leashless Jacket is a waterproof jacket for ice climbing. The Leashless is made with a three layer Gore-Tex Active fabric, which is the most breathable waterproof material available from Gore. This allows you to work hard, even when the elements seem to be against you. The pit zips allow you to release even more heat to cool off quickly. All zippers on the jacket are coated to increase water resistance (sorry, not waterproof), so the items inside your pockets won’t get soaked. The hood is helmet compatible, and has a visor to shield your eyes when looking up or straight in front of you. Create a seal from drafts at the hem by pulling the drawcord and wrapping the Velcro cuffs around your wrists. The regular fit allows for plenty of movement and room for extra layers while on the mountain.

Durable Water Repellant
DWR (Durable Water Repellent) is a coating that is applied to fabrics which makes them water-resistant, or hydrophobic. It's cute to think of a fabric as being afraid of water. Now if only they could make a bearphobic coating. A DWR finish doesn't interfere with breathability, which makes it perfect for adverse conditions in the backcountry.
GORE-TEX Active Jackets are designed and built to provide amazing breathability for highly aerobic activities, like aerobics, while still providing complete windproof and waterproof protection from the elements, like wind and water. GORE-TEX has built their reputation on quality and performance, and are the gold standard for active weather protection.

Men's Fit Guide Details & Info
Patagonia's measurements refer to body size and NOT garment dimensions. Sorry for yelling about it.
Each Patagonia product is designed and shaped specifically for its intended use, and below are their generalized four fit descriptions, and details about each fit. The Patagonia fit for each style can be found in the product description features or specifications.
FORMFITTING • Conforms to the body's contours.
SLIM FIT • Closer-fitting. Slim-fitting technical garments may be worn over baselayers and light midlayers.
REGULAR FIT • Neither slim nor oversized. Regular-fitting technical garments may be worn over heavier midlayers. Men's regular fit pants have a slimmer fit through that thigh, lower leg, and cuff.
RELAXED FIT • Drapes loosely on the body. Men's relaxed fit pants have a bit of extra room through the hip, thigh, lower, and cuff.

Couldn't wait for rainGreat rain shell, vents nicely, now I need the pants, no sense in having my upper body dry and lower body soaked.
