The Men's Insulated Snowshot Jacket by Patagonia. From hitting a wind lip to landing a cornice, this insulated waterproof jacket lets freeriders stay dry, look good and have fun with whatever terrain they find.

- Durable 2-layer polyester with herringbone weave has a waterproof/breathable H2No barrier for storm protection, and a Deluge DWR (durable water repellent) finish to stop rain and snow
- 100-g Thermogreen insulation in the body and 60-g in the hood and sleeves ensures warmth where you need it, less bulk where you don't
- Removable, 2-way adjustable hood (helmet-compatible); smooth and warm microfleece-lined neck keeps neck warm and cozy; high collar seals out cold air and spindrift
- Pit zips quickly release heat; articulated arms improve mobility
- Powder skirt is adjustable and fully featured; webbing loops connect to any Patagonia Ski/ Snowboard Pants to keep the snow out and the skirt down
- Pockets: Two handwarmers, one chest, one interior drop-in and one interior zippered; includes secure, interior media pocket with cable routing

"This is the perfect jacket for the spring break or christmas break snowboarder" 12/01/11
I purchased this jacket and took out for the first time at Steamboat, CO. The jacket was awesome, I was always able to be at a comfortable temperature whether I was on the lift or shredding down the mountain. One day it was spitting wet snow and the H2No did it's job very well keeping me dry and warm. Also I love to ride while jamming Pandora and this jacket is perfectly equipped to give you the hook up on tunes. So admittedly I'm a big patagonia fan and it's hard for me to say anything bad about them but this jacket really has no flaws in my opinion other than maybe making me look really, really ridiculously good looking and stirring up some jealousy from my old lady.

I was slightly worried when I received the jacket because of how thin it is. My worries were gone after wearing it out this week, 23º with 20mph winds. With only a T shirt and light sweater I was nice and warm as long as I was moving and had the jacket sealed up tight. The skirt helps trap a lot of heat and it is noticeable if it is left unsnapped. The high collar is also a HUGE plus, with a little turtle imitation you can cover your face up to your eyes.

I made my first purchase on moosejaw. I happened that they had the patagonia jacket I desperately wanted even when patagonia was sold out of it. It was even cheaper than i originally saw it posted on patagonia! the shipping was timely and i have nothing put praise for moosejaw. With the windchill this weekend's weather was extremely cold, but this jacket made then skiing enjoyable. It is extremely comfortable and there are plenty of hidden pockets and you can tell the jacket will be durable and give me a few great seasons. Thanks moosejaw
