"Very warm and comfortable"  12/21/11

These pants are better and warmer than any other pair of thermal pants I have ever owned. The fit great not baggy and also not too tight. This is the first Patagonia product I have ever owned and it will not be the last. The quality and construction is also very high end. They may just be the softest pants I have ever worn. I would recommend these pants for any outside activity that calls for keeping warm. Due to the warmth of these pants I would use them only in cold weather.. Great purchase, a little costly but you get what you pay for..

"SOOOO Warm"  12/01/11

These are warm enough for anything. I have worn these with nothing but thin snowboard pants in gnarly weather and stayed warm in anything down to the negatives. These combined with the top (fleece) make for the ultimate base layer. These actually have a fleece feel on the inside they are soo warm.

"Nice and Warm"  09/12/11

I have a 40" waist, so I purchased these in the XXL according to the size chart, but they were way to loose, so I replaced them with an XL. The fit was perfect. These are really warm bottom's. Since I live in Florida now I can't wait to take my annual winter trip to Colorado and put them to use. Is it winter yet?

"Warmest Base Layer Ever!!!"  02/07/11

This is by far the warmest base layer I have ever worn. These are made for very cold temperatures, and can be a little to hot during any substantial activity. They are very comfortable, and seem to have good odor resistance... Not that I stink or anything.

"Slim fit, true to size"  12/11/10

Patagonia rocks! I feel like I am not wearing it. You really don't need to say much about Patagonia products. The brand can tell you everything! One thing to be mentioned. Fast shipping. I mean very fast. The status said it would be delivered next monday. But I got them on Saturday. I am very satisfied with Moosejaw shipping. Good job.

"Cap 4 EW rocks"  12/10/10

I am a patagonia fan. I have tried patagonia Cap 3 and Cap 4 before. They are so comfy that I wear them all year around except summer. I love Cap 1, 3, and 4 except Cap 2. Cap 2 is good but not that useful. The Cap 4 EW is a great plus to the original Cap 4. It is warmer but not bulky. Great for all kinds of winter activity! Strongly recommend
